I saw her in front of the courthouse the last time Terri was there. She seems very competent and asked good questions.

This is so convoluted. On one hand, I can see Terri needing the information that LE gave Kaine about the MFH; however, on the other hand, she could have gotten that by contesting the restraining order, which she did not do.

but challenging the restraining order would have placed her in a position of incriminating herself, and/or testifying about a criminal charge which has not been made against her, for not one but TWO accusations by Kaine. It would not have mattered if she had taken the 5th on certain questions; it would have been used against her as well. This is getting very interesting.
