Right. She is the only one listed. Not the older brother or Kyron.

Only the "shared child", baby K., is included in the RO, as TH has no guarantee to access to Kyron and KH has no say over J.

I think it includes any place KH might turn up on a regular basis at a scheduled time, to avoid allowing her to stalk him. Maybe?

Right. And IIRC they had a vigil there for Kyron. And are having on tomorrow (Friday) evening. Not that TH went before - to the last one at the school, but, now she can't even if she wants to.

I haven't read the entire thread yet so just take this FWIW.

I had to obtain a restraining order on an ex who was threatening me. I worked at a major airport and as a function of my job, I could potentially be at any terminal at any time. While the RO was in effect, this "person" was not allowed to be at this particular airport for any reason, including travel. There was a potential for me to occasionally travel to two other airports in my area and I asked for the RO to extend to those, as well but that request was denied as being too restrictive. I had the option of a police escort at the other airports so I was fine with that.

I can understand why Kaine would ask for Terri to banned from the gym, the school and any other place he has to be in the course of his normal day. If he truly feels she's involved in Kyron's disappearance and was involved in a MFH plot he has every right to protect himself and his children.

I'm still on the fence but leaning heavily to one side.

....and THAT is why we helped our only girl-child buy her own home while she was still single. Now when she marries, as long as only her name is on the title, she will never have that age old threat of "I'm kicking you out, because I pay all the bills" thrown in her face.

(I've just heard that from so many different woman in my lifetime).

A very wise move!! Please do whatever you can to convince your daughter to keep it this way until she's married or with someone for at least 50 years! I didn't listen to my parents and had to share with a louse :sick:

I can only speculate, but possibly because, at the time, TH did not know that KH knew about the MFH plot and LE and KH thought it may draw less attention to the fact, so as to carry out the sting, keep things as "normal" as possible, to try to pull as much information as possible from her prior to discovering that LE & KH knew. Put simply, maybe it was easier for them to move out than to have her move out at the time. And thinking that if she were to be arrested during the sting, they would be able to move back fairly quickly. Since she wasn't arrested, they have decided to move forward with amending the living arrangements.

The failed sting happened on Saturday, 26 June and he filed the RO on the following Monday. KH's allegations about the alleged murder for hire are in the restraining order application, so he knew about it when he filed for the RO.

ETA - he knew the sting failed when he filed the application.

Thanks! I was thinking that since he moved out on Sat the 26th, that maybe he had prepared the documents at that time, when he initially moved out, though was not actually able to file them until Mon the 28th and did not change them at that time.

Maybe so, but his attorney should/would have made sure information was factual when they were filed.

I will find my source, but I know she moved herself and her son in so she could watch Kyron, and I take room and board as a form of payment, at least in terms of power relations.

The original post I was responding to was why her name wasn't on the deed, and I just think such a situation would lead to some very weird dynamics, psychologically, in terms of power and distribution.

I loved Jane Eyre as much as anyone, but I think it would be an awkward transition in real life. MOO.

I was surprised that Kyron was not listed in the RO. My mind went straight to the thought that Kaine knows Kyron won't be coming back. (Based on the information given to him by LE).

Or maybe it could be because, if he were listed on the RO, then TMH would technically be breaking the law, if she were to be in contact with him. Maybe they purposely left him off, in hopes that she would be more inclined to lead LE to Kyron.

It's dishonest of him to state she's displacing him and baby. All he had to do with his petition for the RO is request she be removed from the home, and it would have been mandatory.

After listening to the presser that Kaine and DY held yesterday, I was struck by the idea Kaine has related that Kyron should be able to come home to his own room. Kyron has been missing for over a month. If Terri is responsible for his disappearance in any way, its highly unlikely that he will want to return to the home where Terri lived and was his stepmom. I imagine he will be severely traumatized by this whole event and will need safety and therapy. Does Kaine really think Kyron will just walk back into his room and life will be normal?
Also, I was struck by DY's demeanor. I can sense and understand her anger. But I would think she would be planning for Kyron to come and live with her. I think I would be putting that out there...."when Kyron comes home, he will coming to live with me for a while." I know that I would want my child to be with me, especially after such a terrible ordeal.
I'm not being critical of the parents, by the way. Just stating some things I noticed..

I wondered at the time the whole RO thing first shook out, why Kaine and Baby K did not stay and have Terri served with the RO by LE and packed up and escorted out of the house at the same time.

I have a feeling (no facts just surmising here) that LE may have suggested there was no way to know if Terri had managed to successfully hire a landscaper, er hitman. If it was suggested to Kaine that his life was in imminent danger, perhaps he felt it was better to remove himself and the baby from the family home where a hitman would most likely seek him out? Just guessing here.

Now that some of the dust has settled tho, Kaine realizes what a huge inconvenience living in hiding with a 19 month old can be. All baby K's gear is at the house. Babyproofing - at the house. Toys, swings, gates nornal routine - at the house. Depending on where he and baby K have been secreted this past week, that could be a really cramped uncomfortable hotel room for all we know.

I do think the way it is being covered and the statements by Kaine, that she is keeping him and the baby from their home very self serving to Kaine. She hasn't thrown him out, she was blindsighted by a RO and divorce filings, he packed up and removed himself and the baby unbeknowst to her. Should she be psychic and realize, well my husband that just left me and taken my baby with him and oh yeah, has announced to the world he thinks I tried to murder him and am responsible for the disappareance of Kyron, PERHAPS HE AND THE BABY WOULD RATHER BE HERE IN THE HOUSE? LET ME JUST PACK UP MY THINGS.

That doesn't seem a likely or reasonable expectation.
