The affair partner told LE during an interview and they also had his cell records including the pictures he took of the document, and also the information on the phone that he google-mapped Kaine's address. LE told Kaine (or his attorneys).

It's in the document. The person was asked by LE and that person admitted photographing the RO with cell phone.

Before the documents were served, custody was not soley with Kaine, therefore, if she had taken the child it would have been her legal right, not abduction.

Hi Eyes, On HLN just now they mentioned the text message was sent on the 30th so it violated the order.

Have y'all figured out how a childhood friend of Kaine's is included in this order of no contact?

If what we are reading about TH is true, then she can gag herself -- no misbehavior, no constitutionally protected lack of cooperation, no story. Or, if untrue story, big lawsuits for slander and libel will pay off eventually.

Actually, she's not legally entitled to date. Until she's divorced, she's legally still bound by her marriage contract.

It's funny how that little fine point works - legally. It does seem everyone ignores it, however in this day & age...

I thought when separated you are legally allowed to date, not that would stop anyone.
i am not sure what Oregon's laws are, but I don't think she can be held in contempt of court over that. Maybe, if they prove she is doing this to harrass Kaine, which I believe to be the case.

If Kaine was dating would everyone be just as shocked?
I think it's bad timing, bt perhaps Terri and MC have been dating previously before Kyron went missing.

Well I would think that once Kaine left with K on June 26th and she made the 2nd 911 call later that night that LE more than likely told her something about Kaine and K not coming back home right away....I remember it was early AM on the 28th that word started getting out that Kaine had filed for divorce and had gotten the RO, So I would really like to know what time of day it was that she went to the gym to try and take K, I would imagine that Kaine had already shown the gym manager the RO paperwork and it is for that reason that they called LE......This case sure has turned into a mess...Can she be arrested just for violating the RO?

That's right, and the restraining order wasn't in effect, or in the works, for that matter. This would rightly be described as "attempting to pick up her child from the day care."

I imagine LE might have had access to her phone activity for a while.

According to this, ouster is mandatory if the petitioner requests it. She had no say in the matter, really.

That's actually not true. Ouster is only mandatory if abuse is actually proven, not just because the Petitioner is requesting it.
