I don't think they were legally separated.

I thought when he moved out and he filed for divorce that was a legal separation?
I don't think what she did was right and I am not defending her actions.
Does Oregon have different laws?

Acc to HLN's TH { ??? } she did violate the RO in that it was a sealed order and she showed it to Mr C who then took photos of it. Positive proof she is in violation, but of course up to the decision of a judge. If found to be guilty she will be held in contempt of court. Don't know what that really involves.

The TH also said she is the front runner, in fact there are no others, of whoever took Kyron. He said it shows how she really hated Kaine if she got rid of Kyron, as to do away with a person's child is the worst way one can hurt someone.

Something tells me this isn't her first rodeo. The order also mentioned that she behaved in the same manner with the landscaper who says she tried to hire him to kill her husband.
Monday's court filing also stated that police had told Kaine that Terri's "sexual overtures to Mr. Cook resemble those made to the man Respondent (Terri Horman) attempted to hire to murder Petitioner (Kaine)."

Kaine Horman and Desiree Young are doing anything they can to bring Kyron home. That included asking friends like Michael Cook for help. Michael went to high school with Kaine and has a son very close to Kyron's age.

"If my son were missing, I'd be incomplete and devastated," said Michael.

Michael can see the pain on the faces of Desiree and Kane. The two say they're not prepared for whatever the outcome may be.

Here's what all this has to do with Kyron...it shows that she does what she wants, when she wants to, and does not worry about consequences. And that she cannot (or doesn't want to) control her impulses. That is very bad news for poor Kyron, I fear.

This has nothing to do with finding Kyron.

IMO it is an indicator of her character/mental state and her character may have something to do with the motives she may have had to hurt either Kyron or Kaine.

It states she tried to take the baby "before" the RO was served, nothing illegal about that. Last I checked there is nothing illegal about sending pictures to anyone you choose. As for showing the RO to her friend, I am sure that KH showed it to his friends too.

Who has the right to intercept her calls and photos and make them public WHEN it has nothing to do with the case?

I am sure this was done to place Terri, once again, in a bad light. Whatever the reason I am shocked she is doing this however part of me thinks that this is a set-up. It has nothing to do with Kryon missing.

Yeah, someone set her up to send naked pictures of herself to her husband's friend. She did this to herself. For someone who watches CSI she sure isn't too aware of what LE does when there is a missing child.

I don't think it works that way. The order to seal the restraining order specified people and categories of people who could view the order. Families and support groups not included.

I haven't heard of sealed restraining orders before.
Are all sealed or just in this case?
What if Kaine showed his to family members?

A restraining order is in effect the second it is signed by the court and entered in the minutes--it doesn't have to be served to be in effect. I don't think the import of the story was to help bring Kyron home. It's newsworthy because one child is missing, allegedly Terri tried to have Kaine killed, and the basis of the restraining order is that K may be in danger as well. Terri's lawyer has indicated she will not contest that restraining order. That Terri wanted to know when Kaine was there with Kiari indicates that she wasn't there to pick her up in the normal course of things. It was illegal because the restraining order was in effect regardless of whether or not she was aware of it at the time. LE has the right to intercept her phone calls, texts, etc. as apparently they have a search warrant for the same. As far as I can tell no one has made the actual content of those calls, texts, photos, public. The fact that they occurred is relevant to this particular family law matter--because Kaine's lawyer has to explain the type and depth of the relationship to the court re the individual who illegally took photos of the docs, and looked up Kaine's address, etc.

I agree with most all of what you wrote. I understand and would expect LE to tap her phones and have this information however this is not relevant to the case IMO.

She DID not know about the RO, in fact when asked earlier in the day if K had moved out of the house she stated that things were fine. It appears that she went to the gym before the RO was served and asked them to call her if K and the baby came. It does not mention that once the RO was served in hand that she tried this again.

It also states in the motion that she DID talk about how much she missed both kids. In the papers this is just a mention but IMO I am thinking K wanted to downplay this part but also wanted to CYA in the event that the text are shown in court.

I dunno I still think that this is nothing but a smear against Terri to make her continue to be placed in bad light...nothing new though it's been happening since the RO was served.

Hopefully if this is a way to "break" her it works soon because I for one cannot stand to read much more of this BS. And IF it doesn't work soon maybe they should start looking elsewhere for Kryon or the person(s) that took him.

Well short of waterboarding TH, I don't think finding Kyron is going to happen any time soon. And I think all this insight into TH is probably showing LE that if they give her enough rope she'll hang herself....which is a good thing. She's so self centered she can't stop.
