OK, guys, help me out here. I totally see how this feeds my personal need to know squalid details. :innocent: I see how it establishes character (or destroys it) pertaining to both the criminal investigation and the divorce itself. But for the life of me I cannot see how the alleged affair/sexting is relevant to the restraining order violation. The "seal" was clearly violated when she showed MC the RO. Why does it matter to the judge's decision that she subsequently sexted with this guy? Why does KH want the judge to view the pics in question? (Excuse me again, while I ...) Or is all this being "stuffed" in to influence public opinion only? Why would his divorce lawyer advise doing this here (as opposed to saving it up for the divorce itself)? If I were the judge, I might even feel used. Is that wrong? ...

JMO, etc.

MY BOLD

Well, that's kinda standard for the Petitioner to seek atty's fees and costs.

It is indeed. Especially in contempt motions.

According to the document KH has copies of the cellphone activity
I think that was for taking pictures of the RO.I do not know if there is any proof of sexing text(How ever you say it)I would have to see this as fact. before I believe it.

It has nothing to do with finding Kyron. This is his personal life. That needs to be kept personal to me.TMI.

It does have to point to serious safety issues involving another minor child having someone map out where Kaine was staying with minor child. A precious child Kyron is missing. She tried to take K. from the fitness center. IMO she is using her female ways to inflict further terror on a family already in deep pain. She didn't care about the seal on the RO she showed it to Mr. C. and had him take pictures of it. What were they going to do with it? Something is wrong when you tell a person to lie to your own attorney. They mapped out the address to where Kaine and Baby K were staying. For what purpose? That is very scary.

And while she was having a good time sexting to soothe her own self esteem, there were thousands of people out beating the bushes, diving and searching for Kyron, the child lost on her watch. Where was Kyron? He certainly isn't enjoying life right now? This is all about Kyron. Every sordid detail. It points to her psyche.

She can sext until the battery on her phone goes dead and I would care less. But not when her step-child is missing and thousands of others left the comfort of their home, their family, their life looking for a lost child. All the while you sext and send sexual pictures to a new man. That is just wrong on many levels. :cow:

Whatever the outcome of the case is, it is kind of scary if wives have basically no rights as to regards property in any state these days.

snipped for space

This really isn't about women's rights. This is about a "possible" dangerous woman who has (allegedly) offered to contract a hit man to kill her husband, and about a woman who lost a young child on her watch. Last week, some were upset about Kaine getting a restraining order against her and his getting custody of their daughter, saying they would fight to get their child back.

This is a totally different situation than the usual domestic disputes we hear about - custody battles, divorce, division of property, etc. In this case, the law has to side with the potential victims. It's the judge's duty to make sure Kaine and the baby aren't in danger from this woman if she truly is violent. :cow:

This isn't about "women's rights" in any shape or form. It does help Kaine that the house is in his name and it was the domicile of his two children. Property settlements, as well as custody issues, will be settled by the court in due time. Right now, the issue is the safety of Kaine and the baby.

There's also the fact TH may not want to go to court. Also, patience can work to her advantage, especially if she is innocent of any crime. Putting the child's welfare above her own desires has its advantages, if one is innocent. :cow:

Just for the record, I'm a strict advocate of equal rights for women.

So if she isn't fighting this does that mean she agrees with it?
Is she admitting to the MFH plot, by not fighting it?

I believe at this time Terri's attorney does not want to go on the record regarding anything. She is only "not contesting" she isn't admitting to anything. MOO

I agree that she should leave the house, but what if she disappears?

Just follow her cell phone pings. Apparently she has quite a few of them...

Quoting myself because I just had another idea. If Terri's attorney was trying to keep her off the record so that she wouldn't say anything that could hurt her in the Missing Kyron case, this is a perfectly choreographed dance. Because with the contempt charges, she must appear in court now or she could be jailed. The walls are closing in.

I know I saw a PDF of the letter TMH's attn wrote to the court...somwhere!

Does anyone know where it was? TIA.

But I fear that the scope of that questioning will be very limited.

Q: Did you show MC the RO?

A:Yes.

Q:When did you show MC the RO?

A:On x date [sometime after it was sealed and before it was released]

Judge: I find that the defendant is contempt of the court order sealing the RO. I sentence her to ......

Anything else would draw a sustainable objection based on relevance to the specific contempt charge.imojmo.

wondering or anyone that knows a question?

In the letter her attn wrote it says she's not contesting anything.

That she is going to get a seperate lawyer for the divorce.

Would that attn be the one that addresses her rights to have visitation with her child?

Thank you in advance for insight and info!

I am praying that little Kyron will be found before then. Maybe just having to go before a judge will break something loose from TH.

Houze also said a hearing is set for Sept. 21 on Kaine Horman’s request from this Monday, July 12, that Terri Horman be held in contempt of court for allegedly allowing her lover to see his sealed petition for a restraining order against her.

Hopefully, IF she is in anyway responsible for Kyron's disappearance she wil be locked up in jail with no bond long before September 21st..JMO
