An attorney representing Kaine Horman said Terri Horman has agreed to move out of the house she shared with her husband. Kaine Horman is currently living at an undisclosed location.

But the attorney said Terri Horman wants to receive money for the move, and her client has not agreed to those terms.

TH better watch that asking for money stuff. KH has the baby and any judge would order child support by the non-custodial parent quicker than you can bat an eye.

Seems to me that TH should be out "job hunting". Who is paying for this lawyer anyway? Has he said?

I like both these lawyers. They seem to be no-nonsense and take their jobs seriously. They appear to be trying to control the media circus instead of encouraging it. JMO.

Bombarded with reporters’ questions about those cases and Terri Horman’s possible role in Kyron’s disappearance June 4, Houze repeatedly declined to comment. Houze did say he will represent Terri Horman in family court as well as in the investigation into what happened to Kyron.

Minutes later outside the courthouse, Kaine Horman’s divorce attorney, Laura Rackner, also declined to comment on most questions from reporters about the case. She did acknowledge that investigators had provided useful ammo in building her client’s case for the restraining order and Kaine Horman’s other request that Terri Horman be held in contempt.

“Law enforcement has provided a lot of information,” Rackner said.

Why shouldn't she have spousal support? She didn't initiate the divorce proceedings and is being thrown out of the only home she's known for the past .... however many years. It's standard in most divorce proceedings.

How embarassing...she wants money??? Pile your stuff in your car and show some, dignity for yourself. If I were her, I would be hiding and moving out in the middle of the night to an undiclosed location. She better start browsing the help wanted ads.

This is not unreasonable, if they had a joint account and he has not allowed her access to any money, she is going to have a hard time paying a deposit or rent on any place else to move out to. I would think access to enough funds to do that would make KH's life a whole lot easier if it would get him back home faster.

Something i dont understand...Kaine was advised to move out with K for his safety..from the house he owns. He has a restraining order and she cant go where he is so if he goes to his own home wouldnt she legally have to just walk out? Why on earth would he give that woman money? I mean LE have told him theres probable cause that she tried to have him killed..and did something to his son..and yet is meant to pay her money to get out of his house?? That is seriously insane !!

If you place yourself in Kaine's shoes, pretend for just a second that your child is missing and your wife was the last one to see him. Pretend you just found out your wife is sexting etc. with a friend of yours from highschool. Would you feel obliged to give them money? I wouldn't do it until a judge ordered it.
