No. There's no such thing as petty when your child has been stolen from you. I don't think you can pick apart every little thing that was said. If she mentioned the bee sting, it's possible it's just something that came into her mind at the time. If it was directed at TH, then I'm sure she had her reasons.

Supposed TH had convinced someone to hold Kyron because of some very bad things that were going on at home. Suppose she had told all kinds of stories and scenarios as to why it was important to hid Kyron and keep him hidden and never tell anybody what was going on.

Then suppose that same person heard KH and DY talk about all the times TH was untruthful and how she was a regular story teller and times when she told lies for no good reason. Suppose after hearing this over and over it dawns on the person holding Kyron that he/she had been duped. And they then let Kyron go. Would you still believe that it was a waste of time to explain on tv how Terri is a big liar?

Dropping the motion for contempt has nothing to do with the RO. The motion to seal the RO was a separate motion from the RO.

TMH has known all along exactly what was contained in the RO. She had to, she's the respondent and that's the way the legal system in this country works.

Why would KH drop the RO? There's absolutely no reason, especially since that would be tantamount to giving TMH equal rights to custody of baby K.

Kyron is still missing. There can be no happily ever after here. And it's obvious that LE is still focused on TMH. That is not just going to go away anytime soon, not unless some miraculous evidence comes up to clear her and aim at another perp, or Kyron is found and that points to someone else and not her. So Kaine dropping this doesn't mean TMH is innocent, doesn't mean he's saying he's sorry, and doesn't mean he's just going to drop everything else and stay married to her. It doesn't mean that in the least.

Kyron is still missing. Kaine is choosing to focus on that instead of court battles with Terri. I think he knows that the gossip mill info he and Desiree gave out earlier didn't help in any way to find Kyron. So he's not going to proceed to drag it out again just to prove she's in contempt. This is NOT about TERRI. This is about getting the divorce finished as soon as possible and focusing solely on Kyron. This is about letting Terri know that he's done playing games and it's not about her, never about her. He's not giving her any more attention that he needs to.

He probably saw the news reports of her at the five minute hearing with a slew of bodyguards and looking better than ever, definitely NOT like someone suffering in the least. I bet that didn't sit well with him. Here he and Desiree are, suffering every minute of every day, and there's Terri, getting lots of attention and looking like she walked out of a fashion magazine.

Kaine is done. He's not going to let her make this about herself anymore. There's no time for petty crap when Kyron is still missing. And it bet it hurts a thousand times more when he's supposed to start school, but isn't there to do so. He's supposed to be eight, and isn't there to be at his own parties and open gifts with glee with his happy parents watching. How Kaine is able to stand and speak right now is just miraculous to me.

It's simple. It's time for seriousness. It's time for the big guns, hard questions, and it's time to intensify this whole investigation by quitting with the soap opera crap and getting down to business. It's time to refocus on Kyron and get him home. I don't blame Kaine in the least. I think he did right thing here. It's time to move past sexting, batphones, and lying to the real deal. Game time is over. No more focusing on Terri and her bad decisions. It's Kyron's time to be the one focused on. It's Kyron's time to be found and brought home.

What we want ,need & are determined to get is KYRON home! Safe& secure with his biological mother,his loving step father & his biological father & his siblings. I wasn't saying that changing court procedures will bring Kyron home. What I was saying is that this is the message he is sending to Terri. There are not going to be any more games, no more focusing on poor Terri and her predicament. Kaine is clearly saying that this is not about her anymore. This is his way of giving her a big cold shoulder, and quite frankly, she deserves it.

It's information shared like this, that will paint a clearer picture of the characters in this case.

To censor information just because to others it seems non relevant in the search for Kyron...would surely be like searching with blinders on for the person responsible for this.

Terri & those who feel their characters have not been accurately represented have been free to make corrections or defend themselves since the 4th of June.

I still think that Kaine was probably advised that there's not enough evidence to prove the contempt charge. Why would he want to drop charges thinking that it draws more attention to Terri... He should want to do as much as he can legally to her. After all, he believes that she's done something with Kryon, Kyron still is not found, she allegedly wanted Kaine murdered, not to mention his saying that she spent money like water and sexted with the LS guy. I don't know how he is even able to move back into that house with a baby with all that going on and her possible men friends trying to do things to him and track his activities.

I've never understood why it would be up to Kaine to decide whether Terri would be charged with contempt of a court order or not. I think his motion was to encourage the court to find her in contempt. Can't the court go after her for contempt if it believes it should even though Kaine may drop his motion?

I never suggested that he shouldn't have done those things. Thinking from her perspective, as what I was quoting in my original post suggested that he was showing TH he wasn't playing nice guy anymore.

Wonderful post, ay! I'm sure Kaine is exactly where you suggest he is. He's certainly bright enough to realize demonization isn't the way to finding Kyron. I'm with you in hoping that some day people will realize this case isn't about being right, it's about getting justice for Kyron, even if it means exploring more than one track. Hello, who was the one playing sexting games with MC? Playing the batphone game with her friends? Playing games with her alibi and the teacher and this whole case? And now playing the quiet game with everyone? If anyone has been playing games in this case, it's been Terri, not the other way around. I refuse to feel sorry for her or view her as a victim. Kaine and Desiree have NOT played games here. All they've wanted is Terri to admit what she knows, to tell them what she did to Kyron and where he is now. That's not games to me.

No, it should be move on with life and then find Kyron. Giving Terri any extra attention or dragging this divorce out does nothing to help Kaine or find Kyron. Kaine needs to close this portion of his life and move on to finding Kyron. That's the most important thing, not dragging this out and making Terri the center of attention through a divorce case.

We've heard PLENTY from TMH without her saying a word. We have texts and emails FROM HER. And the only reason she's quiet is because her lawyer put a muzzle on her. That's what it took to shut her up. You think there wouldn't be more texts and emails had Houze not taken her cellphone and computer away? She doesn't need to actually SAY anything. Her written words and actions have said MORE than enough about who she is, her attitude about this case, and what she's willing to do while a child goes missing. And then she shows to up to a five minute court hearing looking great for what? She just couldn't stand not having any attention on her. You don't get all gussied up for a five minute court hearing and having bodyguards all around you unless you want to get noticed. Kaine and Desiree only added to that, and now they've stopped for weeks. Now it's not about Terri anymore. Now it's about Kyron, and that's where it should be.

I am not saying he's been Mr. Nice Guy to her. Why do my words always get twisted out of proportion? But up until now, it's been all about Terri and what she's done, and things of that nature. To go forth with with contempt charge would still be playing on her level. And Kaine is showing that he's not doing that anymore. No more gossip mills, no more games. He's not going to let this turn into a circus. It's not about Terri, it's about finding Kyron. I'm saying this is showing he is more serious and focused now. Others seem to think that him doing this is showing weakness or wanting Terri back in his life. I'm saying it's the exact opposite of that. He's not being nice by doing this, not one bit.

Of course, that's what this case is all about. KYRON. Finding him, bringing him home, making his kidnapper/murdered face the consequences for what happened to him. I do agree that they realize that the soap opera crap has to stop. I don't think they ever demonized her. Terri's actions and shenanigans demonized her. Had she shut up from the beginning, this would have been a whole different case. But she chose to make bad decisions and turn this into a circus herself. That's not Kaine and Desiree's fault.
