We don't know that - all we know is that LE will not release the information from the 911 call and that Rudy Sanchez was an alias. Given that LE have gained no ground in the alleged murder for hire, it's my opinion that they no longer have contact with him.

Terri can't defend herself against the murder for hire allegations in the civil divorce case unless her lawyers are able to access that information and cross-examine the witness. Otherwise, Kaine can't bring that information in - it's hearsay. Since LE cannot and/or will not produce the landscaper, it's my opinion that he cannot be found.

This: "LE doesn't have enough proof that she did this to even charge her. They attempted to have her incriminate herself by sending a man wearing a wire and she called 911. From what we are privy to, the murder for hire is all speculation from a witness who can no longer be located...

One of our members claims that LE can no longer locate RS. I'd like to see a link if it's not too much trouble. (I don't generally ask for links but when I can't ever remember hearing or reading something so important, I'd like to know where it came from. What am I missing?)

Your new question does not say the same thing as the original post you questioned.

poster makes it clear that the question you are asking here is her opinion, when she was asked to clarify.

As for having enough to charge her, it has to be an opinion because we don't have that information and the fact is they haven't charged her. So, not sure what you want a link to.

Links are reasonable when someone states critical information as fact and that was done and the poster clarified.
But when we start asking for links to opinions it really stops the flow of information. When you accuse people of making things up it really gets dicey.

It seemed that in the first one she was stating as fact that LE had lost contact with the LS and didn't know where to find him. I was just trying to figure out where that info came from.

Not sure if this is the right thread...there are so many about the divorce. Is the next hearing still set for January 6th? Everyone is going to get busy with the holidays over the next 10 days and January will be here before you know it. Maybe our lovely Gwenabob could double check the court calendar to see if the divorce proceedings are still scheduled.

The first page of Terry's Nov. 2 dismissal filing is straightforward: "Respondent moves to dismiss her pending motion to modify the FAPA Order in the above captioned proceeding, without prejudice, on the grounds that Respondent has withdrawn the motion."

According to OJIN right now, the hearings are still on Jan 6th. BUT, since the latest filing is not showing yet, it means they have not updated OJIN yet. Might change.

BUT, they still have other things to discuss at the hearing besides the custody issues. They need to discuss the divorce itself, the bifurcation issue, the property issues. I think that there were dates already taken off the calendar when TH abated the custody issue last month.

SO, I suspect (but don't know for certain) that there will still be hearings on Jan. 6th.

Saw this one coming. Filing during the holidays hoping that no one would notice.

Giving up her child, in essence, so that she won't have to be deposed. She may as well give up her rights to any property, too, because she'll have to take the stand on that issue as well.

No excuses left. No defense left. When a person would give up her child rather than answer questions under oath--she doesn't deserve to raise the toddler, and the toddler is much better off without this trainwreck of a mother in her life.
