I started watching as Mom took the stand, and as they asked her name, I couldn't stomach watching. Thank you everyone for posting so I can catch up this way. I have been watching cases on Court/TruTv for a decade, and for reason, Casey, and Cindy make me want to vomit. IMO, the reason Casey is like this, because Cindy NEVER ever made Casey take responsibility. Again, thanks WS friends. I am going to start at the beginning and read your comments.

Do you understand what they are trying to do here? Their only concern today is to get that 911 call thrown out! They don't want the jury to hear it. So in order to do this she is trying to say that GEORGE was the one that said it smelled like a dead body and that is why she said it on the call - and that makes it HEARSAY from GA NOT an excited utterance..whihc if the judge agrees - it will be thrown out and the jury will never hear it.

SHE IS NOT TELLING THE TRUTH PEOPLE> understand that.

I agree. And that's why all the questioning about how long it took her to get home etc. She's not in a rush. She didn't think it was urgent. During the call she's merely repeating what George told her. IMO that's their strategy.
