The thing is - it really doesn't matter about how long it took from the time they found the car and the smell - the issue is the time she found out ICA had not seen Caylee... and then the car was an added OMG...

baez is supposed to be helping casey, right?? So far he's confirmed 2 people smelled death in the car, and casey was the only one with the car.

He is trying to make the point that CA was aware of the smell hours before the 3rd 911 call. Therefore, attempting to make the point, that it was not an excited utterance.


Still, I am not sure this is the brightest approach because all this testimony will be on the record and may not serve them well in the future.

JB is trying to show that there was a lot of time between the time GA told her the car smelled and when she told the 911 operator and how she never told anyone esle that GA said it smelled of a dead body and therefore when she screamed it on the call it wasn't an excited utterance - it was hearsay from George hours ago.

THE JOB HERE IS TO GET THE CALL THROWN OUT and it may work IF IF LEE doesn't mess it up with a comment that his mother was upset and told him about the smell.

IMHO, Cindy keeps on making sure AH is in this story. She can't remember anything she said or did but can remember the things she is saying about AH.

Uh oh now Baez setting up the first 911 call as CA's intention and motivation to just get a police officer by saying Casey stole the car because the car was really Lee's! He will show a pattern.
