It does. It's shiny, but darn I wish she would keep her hands off of it! She is constantly preening herself by smoothing it over with her hands and moving it off her face. At one point she grabbed the part laying over her shoulders and pulled it all to the front and patted it down - showing off to the cameras. It drives me insane! :banghead:
