My bet: she is embarrassed. It's one thing to have to answer to LE in an interrogation room, a videotape deposition on a civil case etc. All of those situations don't have your daughter and the public **directly in front of you in realtime**. Has to be intimidating.

Yes, but she's telling the truth where it counts, in a court of law and that is much more important than anything she may have said anywhere else, IMO.

Cindy is on the stand, being questioned by SA. SA is quoting from Cindy's interviews with police and/or FBI. SA needs to each time show Baez her copy of the interviews because he does not have a copy with him!!!!! WOW!!! This is a witness he called!!!! If this happens during the trial, the trial will last until 2013!!!!

Also, I think the reason that JB wanted LDB to go first, was because he didn't want to have to outline that whole afternoon and evening...or simply that he was unprepared to set it all up..Oh well, LDB got him with the in limine! (sp)

Every time I begin to feel for her..............all the tv appearances and that depo just makes it impossible........too little too late
