I've been busy listening and not posting. I just have to say that there is definitely something wrong with LA. I don't care about his little idiosyncrasies...he came to court with an attitude and his behavior was totally inappropriate and disrespectful. His niece deserves better. How dare he turn this into a joke!

I agree. And his communication at the start was disrespectful to the court and the purpose at hand. IN ADDITION - BLUE JEANS TO COURT - grow up!

Other people have commented on Casey's "darting" of the eyes, and it's not that I didn't see it before: but now I really do! She goes from LB, to the camera, to LB, to the camera, to LB, to the camera...on and on and on and on...and Casey is trying to force her will on LB, you can see it in her eyes. Right then, I could see that Casey truly thinks she is superior, a superior person over all other people.

Casey does think she will walk away from this. IMHO.

CM comes across like a dinosaur, he is a faded memory from a distant time...what's that Mr. Mason? It's getting harder and harder to hear...you...

They just don't want the jury to actually "HEAR" cindy say it - the defense doesn't care if a witness is called.

I think Cindy's voice on that call really tells you that she knew or feels immediately that caylee is dead and that scares them.
