I really don't think she wants anything from her family except to be left alone and not asked any more awkward questions. She looked to have a bit of nostalgia about her brother but as far as GA and particularly CA she acts like she would prefer it if they just went away.

Well, I do believe she is going to get her wish sometime in June 2011.

As for LA she could have put him on her visitor list at anytime if she really missed him. She couldn't face him, because she knew he knew the truth about her killing Caylee. So, what was there to say? As for her crying when she saw LA it was just for the camera's. She cried for what.. one minute then composed herself quite nicely. I saw no tears from LA for KC. LA couldn't wait to bolt out of that court room. LA wants no part of KC. He simply wants to move on with his life with Mallory. JMO

I think the statement of the sports bra over her head is incorrect. KC states here it was over her chest and unhooked if it were a regular bra. She claims she does not know about her dad. So what has she actually said to this woman. I think the statement she made to JG is more damning so why did she not mention that.....oh, that could be when you tell the truth there are no VERSIONS. I think we need to pray for her but for an entirely different reason. jmo

The sadness in this whole molestation charge is KC has lied so much about so many things that you just have a hard time believing anything she says. I will not forget what her brother said, about the ZFG story in Jay Blanchard Park. He stated I know KC, she is a fighter, and she would go after somebody and fight if they tried to hurt Caylee or anybody in her family. So that tells me that if LA did do these things to KC she would have whacked him upside his head. A mealy mouth little church mouse does not define KC. Sorry, I'm just not buying that she stayed quiet for three years while LA looked or touched her breasts.

The report states that the defense does not consider GA a suspect, but that he will be able to help with mitigation in the penalty phase.

I hope they are very wrong and George throws her to the wolves. (Sorry...i needed to vent.)

ITA. I could be wrong, but I have a hunch the investigation may be for mitigation of the DP if found guilty. Maybe bringing in the sexual abuse allegations in some manner. Not that it mitigates what KC did, but I'm wondering if she might pull the "I killed her so he couldn't touch her too".....

I'm not convinced yet that KC is lying entirely about the incidences with LA and GA, like most of what she says, there may be a little truth in there somewhere, enough to mitigate her sentence????? maybe, maybe not.....

Some of the things that have occurred would make more sense against a background that includes molestation. Unfortunately KC has told so many lies without any remorse that her accusations have to be thrown to the scrap heap. JMO

If it did happen it's very sad but as someone posted in this thread before it isn't an excuse for murder.

They will bring in the stealing, a result of the sexual abuse, and say she had a horrible childhood which does not excuse her actions, but she does not deserve death - she deserved someone to watch out for her and her mother did not. George and Cindy are in for a ride.

This is what I believe the defense will say, not what I believe actually happened.

I have to say I find it amusing that Casey's defence is going to argue all the way through the trial that she is absolutely innocent, that someone else murdered Caylee, and that there is not enough evidence to convict Casey. Then once she has been found guilty they're going to turn around and to the same jury argue that poor Casey had a horrible childhood, and that she was a damaged girl, and that she killed Caylee because of it.

Yep, good luck with that folks, I can see the jury that just convicted her being really eager to hear those arguments. Anyway, I just wanted to point out one of laws little ironies.

Then he had the audacity to mouth the words “I LOVE YOU” to his sister Cayleee. This is the same sister who told Jesse Grund her former fiance that at her brother Lee sexually molested her.

This is also the same sister who told a fellow inmate that her brother sexually molested her. Perhaps you believe that she may have told her fellow inmate this on purpose to help her case. Perhaps you may feel that Casey thought in case her letters became public, the sexual molestation excuse would be a solid reason as to why she allegedly killed Caylee.

But the fact that she told Jesse Grund very early on about Lee’s sexual abuse convinces me that something sexual may very well happened between Casey and her brother. I have a lot of respect for the Grund family and I believe that Jesse was telling the truth to law enforcement with respect to what Casey shared with him about Lee.

If Lee did sexually molest her and now tells her how much he loves her on the stand it is beyond sickening to me. The prosecutor was equally sickened as she wanted to bring what he did to the attention of the court. She cleaverly said ” I take it that that wasn’t meant for me?”

You hit the nail on head there. She is very promiscuous and [in my opinion] she would be the one making the moves on Lee if any moves were ever made. I bet the accusations came as a complete shock to Lee. I'd really like to know what he has told Mallory about her claims...

That's my question here. Wouldn't they have to have more proof than "I think he might have in a dream maybe kind of sort of touched me not in a good way?" (I know she didn't say that in her letter, but that's pretty much how I interpreted it). Wouldn't they have to have some sort of proof of these allegations against George? And how are they going to find that just investigating HIM? I don't see how they're going to get much and be able to use it at trial when Casey is clearly going to be proven to be a sociopathic liar. How in the heck do they think they're going to get anyone to believe it? Seems like they've gone fishin' again and aren't catching anything, again.

Sorry, I wasn't clear about that. I think it just goes to show that her focus is on Caylee. We don't see enough of that in this case sometimes. JMO
