Thank you Kimberly and Kimster. Both did a great job.
This is the first article I have read that I feel truly catches the spirit of Websleuths.
Like was already stated we do do a lot more than the article touched on but I am thrilled with how Kimberly presented the facts.
This needs to be said over and over and over, If it were not for the incredible, dedicated, and fine moderators we have on Websleuths, we would not be the forum we are today.
This needs to be said over and over and over, If it were not for the incredible, smart, and caring posters we have on Websleuths we would not be the forum we are today.
I love you guys. I really do.
Tricia
PS. No spell check. Using a friend's computer. Sorry.
Thank you Kimster.
We both spoke with Kimberly Wilson. My conversation with Kimberly was wonderful.
By the questions she asked I could tell she is getting us. Understanding what we, as in Websleuths, is really trying to do.
As soon as the article comes out we will open this thread. I want to stress that if you have any questions about how I run Websleuths, about the decisions we make, ANYTHING, please ask. I have nothing to hide.
Take Care,
Tricia
PSSST.........
Check out the comment section of the article quickly before its removed, theres talk about a Jury meeting Monday from D's cousin.......
I noted the comments! Wow! If this is accurate information, we can expect a grand jury on Monday and a press conference on Tuesday.
In reference to DD's cousin, he does seem to know what's going on. I followed the link and he's evidently written pages of posts on another forum.
The day John Ramsey called people on the Internet "Beer can collectors" is the day I went full force into Internet sleuthing.
At that time, many years ago, there was no doubt in my mind that great people were discovering the Internet and wanted to help, to participate, to make a difference.
By the way I have collected cans before when I was beyond broke and a teenage. If I have to do it again I will. There is no shame in hard work despite what John Ramsey may think.
Mark my words, you are going to see Websleuths continue to grow and branch out in ways we all never dreamed.
Websleuths is an untapped resource and people all over the world are finally discovering us.
