Although these e mails are new to us I trust LE has gotten to the bottom of any questions they have regarding any and all of it.

PS: Logical girl : Whenever I write I say, IMO and then I carry on. It is just my take on it unless I am quoting someone directly. Regarding Cindy believing Caylee is still alive, I don't believe that , I think that is made for public consumption. That too is just my feeling on the matter. I value our discussions because the jury surely will need to do so. God bless them,in advance.

Interestingly enough....at 1 minute 30 seconds in the video......when George is answering the question about who has given them useful information......Cindy takes a deep breath as George says Dominic and then sinks her head even lower. It is soooooooooooooo amazing to watch that in the context of these emails and search dates.

IMHO.......................SHE KNEW and hearing George say Dominic gave them helpful information was like a punch in the gut!!!

Not so sure that he would have done that right away. I got the impression from some of his emails with Ginny that the plan was to get a pay-off down the road (after all, he did go to NY with the A's and Brad in search of a book deal). And I do believe he found the body, but probably not when Hoover was with him and filming his actions. IIRC DC admitted that he went back a few times over the next few days. I think this is when he actually found the body, since Hoover's interviews do not indicate that he was present when a body was located.

Also, does it seem just a little suspicious to anyone else that Ginny suddenly, just yesterday, makes a claim that she has to know is BIG NEWS -- suggesting that DC actually did find the body? She may have done this to try to give herself more credibility in being able to remotely pinpoint the location. But might it also be a preemptive comment because she already knows what will come out when DC's investigative interview is released?

I think he was right there on top of the body, he even picked up that blanket. But I don't think he ever realized what it was he had found. Once again it is obvious from reading all of this, that DC and Hoover learned "detectoring" from TV shows. He was out there looking for a bag with a body in it. What was really there was something that looked pretty much like the rest of the woods. scattered "sticks" "rocks" and garbage. He was probably right on top of it and didn't recognize it for what it was. Real life doesn't look like a law and order episode, and rather obviously from these e-mails, DC does not have the experience to be aware of this.

I think that the video was his insurance policy. It has their way of making sure they got paid one way or another. Either JB paid the bills due (and does what he wishes with the find), or DC "finds" the body and the tape of the heroic find by the "expert PI's" gets sold to the media and rockets him into stardom and legitimacy as a business. I'm not saying this is in any way a good plan. Just how I think he worked it out. And yes there are tons of glaring holes in this scheme if that is what it was.

As far as endangering himself by getting involved with a body? Honestly he just doesn't seem to realize throughout all of this. He talks up all of his big investigation and throws around what he thinks is appropriate lingo, but he truly seems completely oblivious to the real LE investigation or its consequences throughout. I don't think he realized quite how much legal trouble he could personally be in until LE and the SA sat him down and laid it out before him. Up until that point he treated it as some sort of game or once again, something out of a TV show.

Yes, she knows about the doc dump, that's why she's on the show. She claims she didn't write all those e-mails. Someone else was using her name.

She said she was contacted about the case in April. Richard said, "April '09?". She said, no, April 2008. Then she said she didn't know. She said she thought Caylee died in August but she didn't say who's body had been in the trunk in June when Casey's friend said the car was stinking.

Obviously, DC and his cohorts are good with writing their own stories.

So Ginette believe Caylee died in August but can't come up with a reasonable explanation of why Casey's car smelled like decomp in June, all the while Caylee was missing.?
Is Ginette a liar or is she a confused person who, as it seems, can not get her facts straight?

It does once you realize that his public "persona" doesn't match what is typical for a 'real" "competent" or actual profitable PI either. Real PI's are more often than not ex LE. One of their cardinal rules is that they do not have a public persona. It's core to the job. They are there to acquire and deliver specific information, investigation and research in a clear and extremely discrete manner. Their only public persona is the lawyer that hired them. the goal that they seek for themselves is invisibility and anonymity. The bulk of their paying clients are lawyers. They get their business through word of mouth within that small community. They have no reason to be seeking publicity or big publicity cases. They do them no good. The general public will not be knocking down their doors to go find Muffy the missing kitten. At least none will that will pay. People who can afford a PI get them through their lawyers.

So yeah "Slick" is just another one of those signs that DC really was learning all he knew from TV. (it also makes one wonder how or why in god's name JB ever let someone like him near this case?)

Sure CA knew. If we go back through the time line we can see a sudden shift in CA's demeanor. A deep depression. Right then. Right at that moment. Then next thing you know, DC is sent off into the woods to that exact spot. The patern of behavior is clearly observable. You can pretty well pinpoint when CA finds out that Caylee's body has been dumped in the woods someplace. And you can tell it is from a source other than a psychic or anything easily dismissed in her world. It is something that, for a brief while, blows through her walls of denial. So it probably came in some way from JB or through DC from JB.

She looks just broken. I can see why Lee and George are going to her side and doing what she wants (I said I can see; I did not see I think it is right). But if my mother looked like this it would kill me and I don't know what I would do. She looks like she could kill herself. It is very very sad.

Yeppers, CA is quite the "actor" when she "needs" to be. Notice in correlation of how homely she looked at the last hearing. But that is for another thread.

Sorry, no disrespect for your opinion on this one, but after this media show CA must of had her meds adjusted. Not enough to tell the truth; but adjusted enough to continue her rant and rage.
