This is true, but this case is too high profile. I just can't see it and I also believe he knew he was being filmed. Why would he continue being filmed if he did not want it. There would not be that much tape. he continued on.

I would also like to add that I would believe J Hoover any day over Dominic or any of the Anthonys. I'll admit that Hoover did a lot of underhanded things but he just comes across as not being as conniving or sneaky as DC. I don't recall him fighting tooth and nail to get out of any depositions, he seemed fairly straight forward with J Morgan. jmo

There is no question that he knew he was being filmed, he speaks to Hoover on the tape , and they are in very close to one another when he points and says "It would be right here". If he were shocked at being taped, would he have severed the relationship, or invited him back the next day? Good grief!!!

Just my opinion, but I don't believe for a second that KC is going to admit anything. She is a sociopath through and through and as long as they did not see me do it, they cannot say I did - (this is her thinking). So who told them where the body is.

Lets remember that this is very near the home - if DC is worth his salt, he should know that victims are placed very near the home when a family member kills. Even if he gets told by a psychic go look near the school where the woods are. So she got the pavers right. That is not a big deal to me. If she had been doing this for some time, she would know all of this (I know that I have seen pavers in the woods during my lifetime) - it is not that big a deal. He says the psychic told him to look near the woods, water and there will be pavers.

I just believe that KC is not admitting anything to anyone and she is the one who knows where the body was buried.

DC was also trying to get Baez on anything. Seems he mentions the $200,000 ABC deal and disbarment...seems everyone can see how incompetent ICA's attorney is and continues to be..

Lee divulged that the family and others used the buy and toss phones. IMO unless you are a cheating spouse or dope dealer, one who has a working , reliable cell phone, who is supposedly awaiting urgent news, would not need to use a phone that indicates a desire for the calls to ever be learned of.

Hoover mentioned that Dom used more than one phone at the scene of his search.

If it weren't such a serious matter, this would all be funny. Very funny! I am so glad Cindy said, "I had someone walk that area in November", that LE detailed in their reports. That is despite everyone denying that they sent or even had knowledge of Dom going to the woods. Dom says under oath to LE and Federal officers that he had NO IDEA THAT HOOVER WAS TAPING HIM!

I was just looking over the e-mails between Ginette, Luke, and DC, then their phone records. I'm only finding a Sprint page for DC and one Verizon page for Ginette. Both are rather skimpy.

Ginny's record:
It shows they talked for 2 minutes at 6:43 AM (earliest) - (not 3, 4 & 6 AM, as she claimed)
3 more calls for a grand total of 4 minutes (2, 1, 1)

DC's record:
Earliest is 7:02 AM for 2 minutes
one at 7:12 am was 29 minutes
one call at 8:04 am lastest for 14 minutes
the rest of the calls total about 14 minutes

So how does this coincide with the psychics claim of being on the phone with DC for "hours and hours"? By my calculations, it looks like 1 hour and 5 minutes.

Are these the only records we have? I thought DC had two phones, is there any confirmation on that?

Reading the e-mails, reading the transcript for when Ginny talked to NG and Kathi Belich, and listening to Ginny on Steph Watts' show Sunday have me convinced this woman had changed her story and likes to brag about nothing.

Caylee doesn't deserve any of this. For shame.

IMO I believe KC told JB who then told TB or GC or whatever his name is. Since DC was still working for JB at the time this was stated, I believe it is highly possible DC knew where Caylee was due to being employed with the Baez Law Firm. (maybe employed is not the correct word, but you get my drift)

The contract between DC and the A's is dated Oct 17 2008, but not signed until Oct 31 2008. Therefore, (imo) DC was not obligated to keep the information of the whereabouts of Caylee to himself any longer or he may not have thought himself to be obligated. Whichever the case, I believe they all knew that Caylee was no longer alive at this point.

I summed it up as a hour long plea for money on her part. She mentioned compensation, over and over, her little children, even "God, Country, Family" as if she were a nobleman or a Marine. She could have made a TV evangelist asking for donations proud. In that video with Mr. Sheaffer Kathi details a scandal of how she allegedly took advantage of a family. Your suprise, surprise cracked me up. So, this one is for you.

Above and beyond that DC has long claimed that he had a signed employment contract directly from KC herself, as well as JB. Attorney client privilege cannot be used to shield those with a direct separate relationship to the client.

Between her appearance on the Steph Watts blog radio show and these emails, I could have sworn she claimed she spoke to him from her landline, too. I don't remember when though. :waitasec:

I know that DC was obsessed with her getting her Verizon cell records, so I assume that on 11/15 she was speaking from her cell.
