Does this include the time that mom and pop had the bright idea to have Amy lie down in the back of their car, pull into the garage, shut the door and have her exit? Could Casey have left the home in same fashion?

Let us not forget we are dealing with the family that thought it was an amusing trick to have the body guard trade places with Casey and don a poncho , hat and glasses , have pop shield her as she was the Casey double entering her lawyer's office?

We are talking about the same defense lawyer who wanted to be able to take Casey to relative locations, right?

Nope, ICA had the ankle bracelet on which was being monitored. ICA had to have permission to leave the A compound with a time restraint and place to go on her.

Good thing HHJS shot down JBs request to have ICA go "searching" for Caylee.

Other point to add to your comment about Annie being snuck into the A compound. They had a "girls" night together in CAs bedroom. Eating popcorn and watching movies. Annie claims she never discussed Caylee with ICA.

Oh and let's not forget Tracy's words that when JB was in the house, he and ICA went into ICAs bedroom and blasted the stereo or where in the bathroom together.

well he claims they just want to verify if someone searched the area, then call them to the stand to show that the body was moved while KC was in jail (thought they already had this lol). HOWEVER we KNOW that they will be investigating and trashing anyone who may have searched there, based on what they did to Kronk and that charade they pulled with his ex.

Baez is vicious toward the volunteers, saying emphatically they had no expectation of privacy and still have none. It is disgusting and obvious what they're doing. Find a patsy, then claim they had to investigate them (ie drag them through the mud) as part of being a responsible attorney.

So not only does everyone seemingly know Casey killed Caylee, but they have no problem with ruining innocent people AND harming kids in the future by scaring off volunteers for search parties. This needs to be stopped immediately. It is having a detrimental effect on society imco. Would ANYONE want to volunteer- possibly find a deceased child and then be publicly crucified with everything they've ever done wrong, just to free a murderer??
The legislature needs to make another law regarding this issue and this case imco!

Agree....he says he only wants to verify that the area was searched but I don't believe him either....once he has his hands on those records he'll be doing background checks on all the volunteers looking for anything even slightly dodgy to Kronk them with.

They say they want all the name and phone records so they can call each volunteer to find out if they were in the area, that would be 4,000 phone calls. What they mean is they can run criminal checks on these people whether they were within 1 mile or 20 miles away and place the blame on them. So custody battles, ugly divorces, jay-walking, anything that will fit the new improved SODDI of the day. jmo

Yeah, all 4,000. All they need is one searcher to not be available to take their call and BINGO ladies and gents of the jury, this must be the one that searched the area!

And when did Tim Miller say that Caylee was at that location from the beginning? I thought he only said they could not search the area?

There will be at least one too.....this is about as low as you can go as far as creating reasonable doubt IMO....No, not explaining it, not highlighting it, but actually manufacturing it. Y'all are getting excited over nothing here about TES. HHJP has signed the order; there will be NO expedition hunting for a SODDI. Remember HHJP will review the forms prior to releasing them to JB for interviewing.

Personally, I believe HHJP will give JB a humdinger of a smack down over this latest motion. JB better be wearing his "sorry face" and CM better had fixed that battery issue in his ears.

...and for every person who says they searched the area...there will be those that say they couldn't. The forensics will prove the body was not placed there after Casey was jailed. I don't know much about Joe J., but that other "witness", LB, lacks total credibility. IMHO

Even though KC was on an ankle monitor, once you leave the house during those designated hours, you are basically free to roam as you please. They're useless really. And no...I don't know from personal experience :whistle: :blushing:

I guess my point (and Baez's) is moot because forensics clearly show that the body was there from late June/early July. So regardless, it doesn't matter what kind of public scrutiny she was under. The deed was already done.

I was just looking over the e-mails between Ginette, Luke, and DC, then their phone records. I'm only finding a Sprint page for DC and one Verizon page for Ginette. Both are rather skimpy.

Ginny's record:
It shows they talked for 2 minutes at 6:43 AM (earliest) - (not 3, 4 & 6 AM, as she claimed)
3 more calls for a grand total of 4 minutes (2, 1, 1)

DC's record:
Earliest is 7:02 AM for 2 minutes
one at 7:12 am was 29 minutes
one call at 8:04 am lastest for 14 minutes
the rest of the calls total about 14 minutes

So how does this coincide with the psychics claim of being on the phone with DC for "hours and hours"? By my calculations, it looks like 1 hour and 5 minutes.

Are these the only records we have? I thought DC had two phones, is there any confirmation on that?

Reading the e-mails, reading the transcript for when Ginny talked to NG and Kathi Belich, and listening to Ginny on Steph Watts' show Sunday have me convinced this woman had changed her story and likes to brag about nothing.

Caylee doesn't deserve any of this. For shame.

The phone calls between Ginette and D Casey have been brought up before. I checked the lists that we have received about what times, dates and numbers those calls occured. At the time I, like you, thought that something fishy was going on. However when I went back and double checked I realized that D Casey did speak with Ginette on that day for a 14 min conversation on her home phone.
