I thought the pushpin map was pretty clearly DC's way of showing Luke where Ginny had sent him to search that morning, identifying the 2 spots where he searched (the abandoned house and Suburban Drive).

That's what it looks like to me, too. They are dated Nov 15 @ 7:51PM which would be after his search on that day.

It is very interesting to read further on, too. Apparently they are looking at properties that are connected to the names Cruz, Baez and Rivera. (See pages 21361 +) :waitasec:

Yeppers, CA is quite the "actor" when she "needs" to be. Notice in correlation of how homely she looked at the last hearing. But that is for another thread.

Sorry, no disrespect for your opinion on this one, but after this media show CA must of had her meds adjusted. Not enough to tell the truth; but adjusted enough to continue her rant and rage.

I know and I hear ya. All sympathy for her goes out the window when she tries to implicate the innocent.

If I think about how she treated Melich and Allan who genuinely care, it is outrageous. They did an excellent job.

I don't know what Lee is thinking unless he is just angry that they did not want to hear the KC bull anymore and that angered him. So he decided to go the other way and believe KC because there is no doubt that he is very angry with her in his first interview with Yuri and his first visits with KC.

KC knows this and she tried to bs him by saying I don't want to cry and he goes 'no I don't either, so let me ask you some questions". He is disgusted. So something changed him also.

Well, that is humbling if I am shutting down discussions.
I reviewed my posts to see if I am being overly unfair to Cindy or something misguided. I do mention Cindy in some of my posts, as well as Baez, George, Jenny, Dom, local lawyers opinions, using often their direct quotes and finding the hearings and videos that go along with the topic. I try hard to always write MOO ( my opinion only), imo, or in my humble opinion...something to alarm if I am not quoting, but rather opining. I have received e mails from lots of folks asking me to help them find this or that and I do drop everything and try to help. I am not one of the engineers or scientists or medical examiners or lawyers, so I try to do my part in the small ways I can. The only thing I can think of is if anyone finds my posts troublesome, or boring, or somehow not helpful just please put me on ignore. It is the coolest feature, rather like putting on ear plugs when my husband watches football, so I continue what I am doing. Twelve dollar little earplugs and headphones saved my marriage.
All is well, we are all on the same team, we all want justice for Caylee. We are all friends here, earplugs, headphones or ignore, I still give him a smile when I pass the popcorn.

Steely Dan and Galina, yes, I believe there are people with excellent psychic ability. As I've said, I've had quite a number of my own psychic experiences, I know others who've had them. In all our experiences, I've found they are much stronger and best when they are spontaneous, not asked for, so I have a lot of problems with those who say they are "psychic" on demand. I don't fault desperate families for asking psychics to help. What I distrust are those who make a commercial of their "expertise", those who do it for a living, and those who are downright charlatans and not psychics at all, but only out for fame and wealth.

For the record, I don't believe any scientific test is reliable to check a person's ability because as I said, the best psychic achievements are the spontaneous, non-forced ones. :cow: :cow: :cow:

All people have psychic ability, not everyone uses theirs, but we all have it.

Just for the record, I and many others, after seeing those woods behind the Anthony house, did think it was a perfect place to hide a body. The second I saw an aerial view of the neighborhood, I said, "Woe, somebody needs to search there". As did many others. Call it instinct, psychic gift, gut feeling, we all have it.

ITA with you. I, myself, have had several psychic experiences, therefore, I don't "believe" psychic phenomena exists - I "KNOW" it exist. Since all of it was spontaneous and not under a strict scientific study it can't be proven to others. But most of my experiences were in very great detail and the phenomenon's existence was definitely proven to me.

That said, I totally distrust and disbelieve all so-called professional psychics, readers, mediums (although I LOVE the TV show Medium), fortune tellers, tarot readers, tea leave readers, head bump readers, palm readers, and all others of such ilk. IMO, they are all frauds. I do not believe psychic phenomena can be conjured up at will. I don't understand what it is, but I do know our "conscious selves" are not in control of it.

And I agree if he had actually found anything he would have run and sold it to the enquirer or similar, regardless of what his instructions were from CA or JB. Why do you think he had the video camera there? he planned on selling the video of the find.

I gotta say. I disagree - I don't think this sleazy detective and that is what he is would ever put himself in harm's way and move the evidence. He might look for it, but he did not even look that thoroughly if you watch the video. He hesitates constantly on the tape. Or certainly does not act like he knows what he is doing.

I can't see him taking a chance like that when he knows the world is watching this little girl's case. He is not going to put himself out like that. What is in it for him? Nothing except maybe some notariety if he finds the remains later, but nothing that could weigh the cost of tampering with evidence OR being implicated himself.

I don't think I'm alone in saying that I always look for twa's posts and enjoy reading each and every one. Some people just seem to have a gift for writing that brings their words to life and she definitely has that gift. :blowkiss::blowkiss:

Justice for Caylee

I have always considered that it had something to do with what Yuri said to GA during the 7/24 depo (where he also talked to GA about CA essentially obstructing LE, and which interview ended with GA exiting to throw up)--this is a paraphrase, but he and Allen were pointing out to GA that while LE were doing all they could to solve the case, CA was going on tangents in all the media and getting caught up in that. It was a gentle but pointed statement that, we are after the truth, George, and she is chasing the media in order to manipulate the story... IMO they were giving GA a chance to put his foot down and stage a marital coup to stop the madness.

When it became apparent that GA either couldn't or wouldn't do so, well... then LE simply continued its (IMO very wise) tactic of media silence. Though I could imagine that some of them may have idly started trying to calculate the lengths of rope they have paid out to Team Anthony as it swashbuckles its way through the media, the courts, etc....

This presser never happened. It was hyped up by the A's and Michelle Bart, delayed, delayed, and finally cancelled without explanation. (not by means of an official cancellation..it just faded away) It was on CMA Myspace and Michelle Barts website for some time and finally was removed.
NOV 15th-20th was a very busy week.. many significant shifts occurred in the A camp.

I think what we all have learned from DC's emails is that there was no real defense evidence to prove that someone else was responsible. We all look through the documents which have been released in discovery and reach a saturation point when we know KC is responsible, we just don't know why. But some of us are seeing a pattern between mother and daughter that is not healthy (love vs. hate). CA to this day still is trying to control her daughter. In a time when KC should have been breaking away from the family unit she was tied to it without a possibility of escape. KC did what she felt she had to do to reactify the situation and then went out to go on with her life. At the time it made perfect sense to her and just looking at those Blockbuster tapes shows she had no remorse. It really is very simple. The child was in the way. jmo

I ask because I know his middle initial is A, and nearly fell off my chair when I found a contracting license (expired 1999) for a guy with the same name with middle name ANTHONY. Like fate, if you know what I mean. Bad fate.

Another hold-on-to-my-hat moment was when I read Jose Baez was in Naval Intelligence. I'll refrain from cracks about the state of our Navy. :doh:

I was reading along, all sorts of familiar names popping up, when I realized they were discussing Haleigh's case! Then there's stuff about Willamette Weekly and decided I truly need a break. Too many familiar cases wrapped into one.

Does DC not know the laws of his own state? I would think if one were going to open a business, the best thing would be to become familiar with the state's laws. How many sheets of paper does this guy waste to send a three-line e-mail because of his "confidential" notations on the bottom? I don't live in Florida, but I do a lot of official business with government agencies in the state, and each agency warns if business is conducted by e-mail, my e-mail address can be made public (and obviously, if the state sues me on criminal charges, so can my entire e-mail correspondence, plus other records they have on me). They advise doing business by snail mail, fax, and telephone. If I know that, living several states away, shouldn't Dominic Casey, Jose Baez, and anyone else doing business in Florida?

It's not nice to call people stupid but the lack of intelligence in this case boggles the mind. Appalling.

My advice to George is: Get a job, get an apartment, or best of all, get out of dodge. They're gunning for you. ut em up:

This is true, but this case is too high profile. I just can't see it and I also believe he knew he was being filmed. Why would he continue being filmed if he did not want it. There would not be that much tape. he continued on.

I gotta agree with your comments here Solace. I spent a moment or two trying to picture Jim Hoover as a sort of expert camera man who was sneaking around using a long range lens like a high end paparazzi - but no, that wasn't working for me.

Hoover doesn't appear to be filled with grace and the ability to move like a cat in the woods - more like he was no more than a bumbling five or eight feet away from DC at all times. If they had found little Caylee, I'm sure that tape would have belonged to DC and sold to the highest bidder, but since he didn't find anything - I don't think he wanted anyone to know he was even sneaking around in those woods.:loser:
