ummmm LP, you are tiresome with that daisy chain theory .... the Defense would have to turn over info on Kronk's girlfriend eventually, if either side is going to depose her ..... they have a deadline for depositions

- all depositions of all other witnesses to be completed by October 31, 2010

The Defense has not put Kronk's girlfriend on their witness list (that we know of).
Both sides have until August 31, 2010 to complete their Witness List.

Could it be that the Defense won't depose Kronk's girlfriend because they KNOW she will not say what they want her to say? That the TRUTH of the matter does not fit into any Defense SODDI theory?

The woman worked in a completely different building and had NO access to overhear any conversation between JB and Inmate Anthony or anyone else.

Keep it up LP .... please give Kronk's attorney enough ammunition to file a successful lawsuit against you!

That defense attorney who said, we don't know how Caylee died? We don't know who put her there???

HELLLLLLOOOO, Caylee was last with her mother. Her mother never alerted authorites. Her mother made excuses for 30 days of why the Anthony's couldn't see or talk to Caylee..Caylee didn't put duct tape on her self. Caylee didn't put her deceased body in ICA's PONTIAC. Caylee didn't dump herself in that swamp 1/4 mile from her home. Filicide-the mother will place the child in a womblike tomb within 5 miles of their home. Everyone must remember, it's not one piece of evidence, it will be the totality of all the evidence that links to ICA and only ICA...I can see the George and Cindy's parenting and behavior will come into play at some point in this trial. Will/Is she ready for that?

She needs to be quiet for she infuriates everyone...Shame on her!
