She nor her staff bother to read the released documents. Who said it was rare? You may have seen that brand in NC but I have never
seen it here. Did the prosecution imply it was rare or will they show it to be
a brand not distributed widely? How was the tape affected by the weather?
Oddly enough the Co. is out of Ohio where the Anthony's were from and the
same brand found at their house.

Henkel discontinued that tape 3 years ago. You mean to tell us that the tape with the specific markings on the tape itself is still available in NC? If so, please purchase a roll and I will reimburse you 3x. Seriously. You might want to take a picture first and post to verify we are talking the same tape.

If you check out our duct tape thread, it will explain in better detail, but my understanding is that the name brand is indeed common, but this is a special kind that is no longer being made by them. Think Kleenex tissues, with Vick's vapor rub, that the company no longer sells, very distinctive although everyone has regular Kleenex.

The manufacturer is still in business and still making the Henkel brand. I have some myself. That *specific* kind of Henkel tape, with it's *unique* characteristics was discontinued in 2007.

Please don't misunderstand me, I have never seen that brand of Duct tape.
I never even saw a picture of that brand until the picture was released
connecting it to the Anthonys. I would also like to see a picture of the tape
Debbie posted about in NC.
I personally believe it is connected to Casey and the Anthony home.

True but I am very glad that JW is not on the ICA Defense team. She is very effective at spinning in an articulate way that comes across as very plausible and believable .... if you did not know better. She is very outspoken and vehemently challenges the statements of others and evidence -- so many back down on real facts.

I always thought she was on the Defense payroll but it is also a great way to market her Defense attorney skills, to so forcefully argue the innocence of ICA.

I had to laugh though when it was said the daisy chain came from the jail and thus Casey yet JW even debated that .... so LE must have SODDI already locked up with KC and that's where RK got the dump site from.

True but .... with good debating skills facts can be easily twisted. I think that Janie W could use her passion to successfully argue that a Black box is actually White.

I used to consult to a high-profile credit card company and my success was being able to take either side of any debate and present a compelling argument that convinced others, or the majority. I just did my research and got my talking points and while the other side might have had a better solution .... my articulate passion won every time.
