DC was working for the A's in early August 2008. Let's just pretend for a moment that KC told CA where the body was ("the woods") and maybe DC had been searching those woods non-stop from early on. Enter, Roy Kronk.
Roy says he discovered the body on his first time on that route in August..and was also on that route in Sept and October and so on. WHAT IF...while on that route, he spotted DC in entering those woods in August and on a few occasions...and he recognized him from the media? And Kronk has an AHA! moment.. and he began to look there for Caylee's body himself..(bounty hunt) Hence, the "daisy chain". Far-fetched? Maybe.

This is more plausible than he was going pee (with his friends in tow), saw a skull, etc. Plus his son testified that he was bragging that he was going to discover Caylee's body. :waitasec: Why would his son make that up? The son says he hadn't even talked to him in years. That's weird too imo.

Henkel discontinued that tape 3 years ago. You mean to tell us that the tape with the specific markings on the tape itself is still available in NC? If so, please purchase a roll and I will reimburse you 3x. Seriously. You might want to take a picture first and post to verify we are talking the same tape.

I believe RK was not reassigned to that area again until December. It's in his depo, I think. Where did you see he was on that route in September and October because it was not his normal route..... jmo

How would a son who hasn't talked to him in years KNOW that he was bragging. Makes no sense to me.

After how many days? One Hundred and Thirty?

How much more evidence would exist if the body had been recovered in August? If it were me and I thought there was a dead child/person there, I would have insisted one way or another that we get to the bottom of it. Blame LE then but the body was not recovered until December 11, 2008.
LP is saying that RK was tipped off but missed the location by 100 yards or so (meaning he didn't really see the bag/skull is August).
It's hard for me to fathom that anyone would see what they thought to be a human skull and just say 'oh well' when LE didn't cooperate and their feelings were hurt. Get some b*lls. That's how I feel and I'm not even a very brave person.

Obviously RK did not put it there or he would have been able to pin-point it exactly. Not everyone does things the same way. Finding fault because someone did not find the body properly is like blaming the messenger. Whether we like it or not the very fact that this did not run smoothly is more of a confirmation that things happened as he said. And LE did clear him which should never, never have been necessary. If there were a daisy-chain the information would have had to come from KC. If DC had information it came from KC. If RK found out, or heard the rumor that a child had seen KC back her car into that area prior to Caylee going missing it still points to KC. Hanging RK out to dry will not change the facts, which we are really not sure of because we do not have them all.

If LE cleared RK it's because they have his work records, phone records, etc. and know exactly where he was when Caylee went missing. And we all know where KC was....Blockbuster renting movies about kidnappers and bodies in trunks. "The irony is rich."

P.S. with DC emails we all know that LP is anything but an expert. He has been wrong more than he is ever right. That is factual. jmo

Agreed. but RK did no wrong here, the blame lies with Officer Cain for blowing him off!!!:razz::banghead::banghead::banghead:

Have you ever thought that RK was "trespassing" on private property? He had no business there, no meters to read and when the LE told him to leave he left. That land is private property and has a no trespassing sign posted today. It's not a matter of his "manhood" here he was obeying the instructions of a police officer. It has nothing to do with being brave only respecting an officer of the law when he has given you strick instructions. RK did nothing wrong in the eyes of the law. What he did do was to continue to pursue that option at a later time when there could be a possibility that he would get another officer. Plus he owes the public not one explanation and surely he must regret now speaking to the media. One of the shows that consistently twists facts is Issues..... jmo

So you think RK had something to do with Caylee's demise? We are getting that information from LP and the feeling is that Ofc. Cain really didn't screw up because he was 100 yards off. Ofc. Cain was relieved of his duty, fired after an internal investigation which obviously told police RK was not off by 100 yards. The man no longer has his job, nor does RK, the judge had to remove himself from her case, her parents no longer have jobs, her brother is in hiding, the cop she was dating for lying to LE, etc. How many people have suffered because KC feels it is within her right not to tell police/SA what happened with her child. She never said the meter reader took her. She said it was the Nanny. LE is not backing away from anything because they know the truth, obviously. And so don't we, discovery is painting a very vivid picture of our little miss. Not so pretty as she sits there and fluffs her hair in court.....jmo

I thought the interview was by defense's PI, not LE. Isn't he a minor? If LE interviewed him not sure we would see it and if there was a retraction from BS we also would not see it.....jmo

The interview was conducted by Casey's defense team NOT LE.
