JB says within last month 7 or 8 witnesses from the jail now being listed, JB says there might be something funky going on in the jail, doesn't know why they're listed.

HHJP asks why they listed them, asking State to reply

LDB - says Sylvia Hernandez just listed after investigation, pulled witnesses from internal investigations report of CO Hernandez

HHJP - Did you give defense the IA report?

LDB - Yes, audio and the report

JB - not all of the audios, wants to depose witnesses at the jail. Asked ICA about these people, will ask the ICA be allowed to attend the depositions! Will file a motion to allow ICA to be present, even though it's against the rules!

What do the rules say. Baez said that generally the defendant can't be present. He wants her there and thinks they will benefit the most.

Oh dear GOD!!! Baez is going to file something so KC can be there.
