Baez's DNA experts that are out of the country are setting up a lab in 30 days, somewhere here in the US. Crime labs are affiliated with law enforcement and he doesn't want that.

I think the obvious professionalism and preparation of the prosecution is making the defense look completely inept. I am embarrassed for Mr.Baez.

I am so sick and tired of Baez always dropping hints that somehow the FBI and LE labs are anything but unbiased, bound by scientific ethics, etc., etc. This is NOT a conspiracy theory against your client!!! You have the right to question/depose any of the lab experts....but not to run off to a foreign country for a little "evidentiary hanky panky" out of the sight of other court officers or mediators! I just do not trust this defense.
