Baez' closing comments: not going to comment but all his experts were going to meet together to determine what they had. He's still going on, even tho he wasn't going to comment.

"Keep running into an issue where we keep getting more discovery."
Jugde: I only want the expert witnesses, not new ones.
Baez: The nebraska expert brought two microscopes. Baez doesn't understand why the prosecution is prejudiced, other than the prosecutions prep is delayed.

Judge now wants to know how many more experts will not be done. I guess, Baez has it set up in a way that doesnt quite match what the judge is asking for and has no clue. Now the judge wants to know the names of the experts that are not scheduled.

Judge Perry is gonna blow....

I had the most incredulous look on my face when he said that. There is NO WAY they have to go through 23,000 docs on EACH witness before deposing them. What a crock of a sorry excuse. :loser:

How the heck does JB not know how many experts are still un-deposed? The judge asked him a very simple question and he has just spent 2 minutes leafing through his color coded chart and STILL can't give HHJP a straight answer.

Experts not scheduled by defense: Dr. Sigmund, all others scheduled, computer people to be rescheduled, Sandra Kahn, maybe dog handlers Forgey & Brewer and Stanger. JB says Haskell scheduled 10/27, Ashton says not aware.

HHJP extends until 11/19/10
