jb asks for ONE WEEK EXTENSION--oh, because he thought the judge was talking Sept. 30.

I should know better than to watch Baez in action! My blood pressure is sky rocketing as he makes a complete mockery of the court with his bumbling lies, misdirection, excuses, whining, lack of respect for the bench and other counsel, etc., etc.!!!

Aedrys - they are discussing that fact that the prosecution wants KC to sign a stipulation for them, and Baez doesn't think its necessary. Judge just told him, its a death case, she needs to sign it. Baez is such a gem.

A reason why KC should be at these hearings, although it would be a babysitting hassle.
