Baez's bumbling is painful to watch. The state has the list of who the defense has not yet deposed from LE--judge asked for it, JB fumbled, LDB pops up and says "I have that list your Honor...."

lead investigator was out of town for investigaton, JB says must reschedule this depo, YM was not completed, deposed for 8 hours , need to finish to deposing him as well.

JB says YM has to be completed, they're half way through. You have until the end of October, you have nights & weekends.

Judge Perry wouldn't have the first clue WTH is going on if it wasn't for Aston and LDB.

I probably should get off this thread before I get myself a TO because I can't take much more of Baez today. Somebody should teach him the fine art of kissing the backside of a Judge. It is something to be appreciated.
