Baez's bumbling is painful to watch. The state has the list of who the defense has not yet deposed from LE--judge asked for it, JB fumbled, LDB pops up and says "I have that list your Honor...."

If JB was left to his own devices, this trial would not take place until 2020.

That the defense was granted extra time to depose people that should have been deposed already. Ashton wants to make sure ICA knows, as she is not present.

IMO at this point Judge Perry should pass an order that ICA must attend all hearings including Status Hearings...she should endure Baez's bumbling like the Prosecution and Judge Perry..we endure it voluntarily LOL
Death is different and IMO ICA should be in attendance at any and all hearings having to do with her case.
