Baez says he did provide a copy of the tape. He is actually shocked she claims she didn't have it.

She says that is just one example. I have not received any discovery from the defense.

JB says it was attached to a motion. LDB says based on witness statements, they know there are other taped statements out there from lay witnesses, it appears they are in possession of items that they have not turned over.

Not just yet. Prosecution saying a taped statement by David Lohr (discovery channel?) that they haven't received yet. Baez is saying he gave the prosecution a tape. Baez says David Lohr went out to suburban dr. I need more info on that, does anyone have any links?

I can't recall if the lab was referred to as "renowned" in the motion. I know Baez has used that description verbally numerous times, but not sure if he used that in the pleading.

I swear, it's like he thinks if he just adds adjectives here and there, that makes his sources better than the state's. Jeez!
