wouldn't that be a dream come true if it was just a small technicality and she still helped to put all of the pieces together to know the actual story? That way, the deal was offered under certain conditions and she screwed up her one and only chance. The video did say she gave a videotaped interview to LE some 2 weeks ago.

I have been questioning the leak as well - since no other MSM has reported this yet. I know it's only been one hour - but I think this would be big news on MSM.

It's just that I have a handicapped child that was abused by the Public School Systems and this case just takes me over the top, however, I will wait and hope

If LE arrest and charge someone else, i.e., it is not just solely EB then that person may also seek a plea deal and spill some more beans ... especially if EB has fingered them wrongly.

The game is not over yet. Of that I am sure.

Thought about this for a bit - IF part of EB's deal was to tell the truth and it had to be verifiable - AB is going down for at least the dismemberment and disposal, IF EB was indeed truthful. Now I wonder just how EB proves to LE that is truthful, that AB did what she claims ? Dubbs is saying the deal has nothing to do with an admission of guilt at least about murder by EB. So where does that leave AB exactly I wonder ?

Now if the DA can prove she did not live up to her end, which would have to included truth - he just may be able to get this pulled. Wish I was impressed enough with the DA to think he could but I have serious doubts.

I don't have a problem with the DA taking the death penalty off the table in exchange for EB rolling on AB. I'd rather see EB live out the rest of her life in prison, or at the very least, not see the light of day until she's a frail old woman, then to see AB walk away from this scot free.

I really have no words.I wish I could say something that could explain how I feel. I just spoke to my daughter about forgiving people. I wonder if this could encourage/inspire (possible) other parties to the crime(s) related to Zahra's death to come forward now to strike their own deals. Speculating: I wonder if this "leak" might be meant to serve as a hint/reminder that deals are sometimes an option to these perpetrators - if they'll just go talk.

maybe the leak is to give an answer to the public of why no arrest yet because the DA isn't ready to make an arrest. They know the public is getting antsy because of no arrest.
