I understand exactly what you are saying. My humble opinion is that this should be a good lesson to all "web" sleuthers. You never know when you could find yourself smack dab in the middle of something as bizarre as this case. Not to say people shouldn't volunteer, etc., but just be aware that you might be used as a pawn in some "dream team scheme"!

Are we not, just low-life bloggers, who happen to have an opinion.....that was exactly what HHJP said.....We have freedom of speech.....which we have suffered and died for? We all have an opinion and that does not rise to the standard of a panel of jurors....LOL It is my opinion...this won't fly.

I cannot remember if that was taken before Caylee's was found or after.
I thought it was after Caylee was murdered and hide and the teen was talking about the searchers being there and he was showing the crew where the searchers went but it may have been after she was found.

I am not sure because the water was there and that is what lead to her not being found. I do think this is the picture JB is thinking JJ took.

I remember that segment from the local news. It was after Caylee was found and the teen lives in one of the houses VERY close to where she was found. I am pretty sure it was one of the homes that backed up to the area - maybe one or two down from the fence that runs along Suburban Drive. I doubt the defense wants this footage because the young man talks about how flooded this whole area was for months and how it was just starting to dry up now.

If it is being televised there is no reason for anyone to have a laptop in the courtroom (other than courtroom personel) because they can get their information from the live stream telecast and they do not even have to be in court. If they have "deadlines" so to speak. I think it is disruptive to be sitting next to someone who is constantly typing. If you need your computer....stay home. jmo

Great catch there :great: I don't remember viewing this specific video. JB certainly doesn't want to give this young man a depo.

Thank you, Joypath! that is the video I was talking about but could not find it when I searched for it. You are right, that young man would not be a help to the defense. I hope the State knows who that young man is and can call him as a rebuttal witness if the defense tries to use J. Wray or L. Buchanon to say there was no water there.

Just noticed in JJ's 11/5/09 interview with LE they did ask him if "Helen" took any photos during the search on Suburban, and he volunteered in response that "nobody" was allowed to use their cell phones or cameras during that search.

He also gave LE his WS names at that time, so there was no excuse for JB not to have known about them before JJ's recent depo.

1) Jordans' LE interview was November 5 2009, it was later released to the Defense as Discovery and then to the public via Sunshine Laws

2) In the transcript it is revealed that Jordan posted on WS and SM and his user names are stated

3) It is also revealed that no photographs(cameras or cellphones) were allowed to be taken during the search, after LE asked if a "Helen" took photos.

IMO, A reasonable conclusion to the above:

1) Baez LIED (again) to Judge Perry at the Hearing. Baez stated that he found out about Jordan posting on the Internet and user names and that he took photographs AFTER they Deposed him on Dec.8 2010

OR

2) Baez, Mason et al failed to read the Discovery.

I thought JB was complaining that JJ took the site down after the deposition in December and not that he took pictures after the deposition. Something in JJ's deposition may have led him to believe JB would be after his postings. If the website was up before why wouldn't JB have checked it out before JJ's deposition? Wish we could read that depo as it sounds like it would be interesting. lol

And why would the website be taken down? My guess is because of something defense has said to him about his postings. I don't really think this is about any pictures because he can't say they were ever there. I think this about the postings. Why would he ever ask about the posting unless he were to find something relevant with the phantom pictures??? jmo

We have seen this time and time again with this crew and JB in particular.

This, to me, is scary. Not just unethical but scary. While we are all trying valiantly to mind our "p's" and "q's" while posting about JB (and we should all abide by TOS) JB is doing things that IMO, at the very least, he should receive more sanctions for...jmo. Good find on the interview...and this is beyond scary to me...the lengths, it appears "allegedly" the defense is willing to go to defend their so obviously guilty client.

The above is all MO. All mine. But still...the quoted above is precisely why I have zero...ZERO respect for JB. NONE! :furious:

There's also a video of another kid (or it may be this kid), he said he lives in the house right in front of the remains area where the fence backs up. Was either in WESH or Fox 35, IIRC. Said there was water there until just 2-3 weeks before Dec. 11.

I think I may have it physically saved somewhere, I'll have to look....

My guess is that the mention of Kentucky LE was intended to be intimidating or why else mention it. Had nothing to do with the search. Hi, I'm with the "electric" company and am working with JB... Meant to impress. Could be wrong but from what we now know of LB seems like she was trying to convince JJ she knew what she was talking about and he should just go along with her. jmo
