I disagree, I do think there is a MM and we should give CD the benefit of the doubt. I believe he has all good intents and purposes to make sure everyone is looked at. Just my opinion.

I think there is a shady family member on this tree, who probably has a drug habit, and his whereabouts are not known. From where I sit the idea that one of Billie's in laws has possibly threatened her over the years, not shocking.

Not related to the current "mess" as mommy refers to it. But not mutually exclusive either.

Hypothetical here:

IF SA and BD did do something to HD and they wanted to get away with the perfect crime. Could they have called this MM over to the house, and did away with him along with HD...this way the cops would be searching not only for HD but this MM. SA and BD could claim later on that MM must have taken HD somewhere, out of the Country...cannot locate because he is dead too.

Okay, so we've got multiple law enforcement agencies and MM cannot be located.

From what I have seen of a possible MM I doubt he is much of the workin' bring home the bacon type.

So if he is on some kind of social assistance wouldn't LE be able to find him through those types of records?

Why do I feel like I am watching one of those movies that you can't follow the timeline, can't tell what is a flashback and what is happening currently, and that maybe we started with the end of the movie at the beginning we just aren't suppose to know it yet.

This is insane. Creepy unnamed missing relative/friend of the family/rumor someone heard along the way person or not SA saw her last, is the sole source of a lie about where she is going, a lie that created a very convenient 24 hour period between sighting and reporting, and quit his job but told no one leaving him two days of unaccounted time before said child, who btw told people she was afraid of him.

Failed his polygraphs, deleted evidence during questioning, and has lawyered up and is no longer cooperating.

There is no vague shadowy character in the night that explains that away or fits anywhere in that set of facts.

If Clint is merely trying to say he wants every possible avenue pursued and he doesn't have enough data to know if this has been checked out and verified as a deadend, okay, fine I get that.

But otherwise I going to have to assume that CD shares some traits with BD.

I opted to take the blue pill.

I think that both Billie and Clint knew this MM a year ago. I believe Billie said she reported him to child services because of something Hailey told her.
This MM was probably POed that Billie reported him, made the comment to someone that he, either would like to hit Billie and Hailey in the head with a hammer or that he is going to hit them in the head with a hammer.
Possibly neither Billie nor Clint were aware of the hammer threat, but obviously someone was told by the MM about this threat.
IMO the person who was told this threat, were the one that came forward to LE with this info.
I'm wondering why it took them so long to tell LE this info.
I'm also wondering who this person might be?
Sorry, I think we now have 2 mystery persons.

I would schedule a face-to-face at least once a week at this point, and insist on a review of progress for the previous week, plans for the next week, and a list of what I should/could do in the upcoming week to assist, and a review of whatever leads/tips I had come up with in the previous week.

I'd have an agenda all typed up every week, and I'd take notes, and I'd record the meeting.

So maybe that would be on Fridays, and then on Wednesdays, I'd do the same thing with the FBI.

Mondays could be for the Texas Rangers.

Tuesdays for the DA's office.

Maybe LE will only speak to BD since she had custody of HD and then she can relay any info to CD, as they couldn't be expected to call both parties and relay info. imo. But, if I was BD, I'd be calling LE for information daily....which, imo, she is not.

What is becoming noticable to me is no one is beside BD or is coming forward to speak on her behalf...or even seemingly by her side in this. No mother, brother, relative, friend, etc. Why not? Either they know "something" and don't want to be involved or don't know a dang thing...ie: BD's world only evolved around SA and she shut everyone else in her life out..by choice or manipulated by SA.

BD didn't even have a vehicle, no children to watch over...she could have gone to her mother's...or a relative for some place to fall in this time of need, but chose not to. Why?

I thought we knew that 'supposedly' the MM was angry with BD for turning him into CPS cos of what Hailey told mom but now I see that most posts are now guessing at what could've pissed off the MM if he even exists..What did I miss?

Let's say the MM does exist & he really did make this 'threat'..Whenever BD heard about the 'threat' (just "3 weeks ago" or as Clint may have said "she knew all along") I can see it coming from someone other then LE to BD..It's possible, I guess, that the MM told someone close to him he wanted to harm Hailey & BD with a "hammer"..They or anybody they told could've relayed it to LE who I don't believe would have told BD..If it's even true LE knows about it..I can't rule out BD heard about it from one of the few who knew about this 'story' cos of right now that's ALL it is.

If CD says he hasn't talked to LE in "3 weeks" I believe him..At this point I think he'd believe anything told to him, even by BD, cos he's so desperate for answers & to find Hailey.

If you mean 'family members' it seems ONLY Clint is doing something..How strange is that? I really don't get it at all!

I also don't get why none of them are publicly supporting BD..Even IF they believe she (or just SA) had something to do with it they'd probably still stand up & claim she/he didn't..If they believe BD's innocent even MORE reason to get out there & say so! Considering both scenarios it's still what most 'family members' do in cases like this. :waitasec:

8/04/10. It shows a new picture of him from yesterday in Cisco, TX registered 1/13/11. Odd he moved after only spending 5 months there and had a job doing something like SA now his job description is disabled. His offense was against a 7 year old girl. He also lived on chestnut street 10 blocks south of HD. Maybe the heat in the kitchen was just too hot but i think it was worth posting.

CD was pretty insistant on his search down toward Odessa and the MX border. Even passing out posters and talking to the border patrol. Does he think she has indeed been taken to Mx? If so, why? The same question for Odessa. Did he, BD or any other family members, friends, etc have dealings with someone there?

The above is posted in the *Timeline* sidebar in the attached article. I would assume "questioned" means checked and cleared? That would seem to me to be one of the first things LE would do and check off their list.
