While I am all for posting these fliers everywhere especially around where Terri lives, the flier that basicly accuse's Terri point blank is going to cause some problems for Des... That I believe can be grounds for harrassment, imhoo..... She shouldn't stoop that low, down to Terri's level, but I understand nothing else seems to be working .

The fliers could have been worded differently and still got the point across.

Bless her heart, I can't even imagine the pain, hate an everything in between that she feels.

Like Terri or her lawyers are going to go after Desiree, that would be the worst possible thing they could do.. How are they going to prove what cops have told Desiree is a lie? Its not in their best interests to even make a stink about this.

Yeah, but a GJ was meeting over Terri, her lawyer is not stupid enough to even touch this but I could be wrong. I mean Terri is not being truthful and she is hiding stuff, she brought this all on herself and now she has to deal with it. She should toughen up before she is sent to prison.

These things that Desiree stated just don't match. Or maybe she's not including LE in the 'we' that have 'overwhelming evidence'. But then, I would hope whoever does have 'overwhelming evidence' would give that to LE, so they can name a suspect, and get on with arresting, charging, and trying them.

She may think it's overwhelming evidence, we may think so too and perhaps even LE thinks so. But the DA may think it's enough for an arrest yet not good enough to sustain a conviction. So it's a no go. I agree with Cluciano. They need a body in a certain location. If, for example, they find poor Kyron near Sauvie Island where TH's cell phone reportedly pinged shortly after Kyron disappeared, I think we'd see an arrest.

Oh a civil suit would be so great. Terri would have to answers questions in a depo. Oh wait, she's already refused to do that. I guess Terri won't be suing anyone regarding Kyron anytime soon.

By looking at two different video still frames, I think I figured out all the verbiage from that flier:

"Kyron Horman has been missing for 8 months and Terri Moulton-Horman was the last person to see him. She will not explain her whereabouts on the day he went missing. Terri has hired an attorney and refuses to talk to Police. We are frustrated that Terri lives in peace while every day is a nightmare for us. Please help us find Kyron and join in asking her, “Where’s Kyron?”

If you have seen anything or need to report a tip, no matter how insignificant you feel it may be, that could law enforcement, please call the tip line 503-XXXXXX. If you see Kyron, please call 911."

IMO, it's interesting DY still maintains TH has not explained her "whereabouts" on June 4th.

Hi, I'm thinking Desiree said this with LE's blessing as it is such a pointed statement. We all know LE uses the media to hopefully further their investigation. IMO

I thought I saw an interview with his good friend and classmate, who saw him that morning, and said Kyron was going to look at another exhibit.

I don't know if we've ever had confirmation about exactly who saw what. TH says, apparently, that she watched Kyron go up some stairs. Then there were reports about a child saying Kyron went off to see an electric exhibit and of some kind of alarm by a student and/or staff member that Kyron was not part of the pre-class group that was wandering around looking at exhibits.

I don't know what LE has confirmed or has failed to confirm but reports keep saying TH was the last to see him alive so I'm going with that until I hear an official report to the contrary.

That is his #1 goal, a fair trial, whether his client is guilty or innocent. I read that here right after he entered the case.
