Request denied. HHJP seems very aware the Anthony's testimony shifts from deposition to testimony - LOL - and we will take this up before each session rather than giving you a blanket motion- thank you very much.

HHJP: Denies request to exclude them from sequestration because:

1. Great possibility that their testimony will be colored if they sit and listen to other wits testify (previous evidence/testimony indicates that their testimony can be colored)

2. They will testify first and then be exused and brought back in

This is for this hearing and this hearing alone. Will take this up on hearing by hearing basis and again prior to trial or just before we begin testimony in the month of May
