Lenamon: both my clients are here, subpoena'ed by the State and the Defense. Defense has not raised objection to witnesses sitting in courtroom. Case law well established that even if they are relative to victim, they do not need to be sequestered.

HHJP: Is there an exception carved out in Spencer (relevant case law)
