Baez back to pinning down what the heck Melich was doing. Clearly Melich got up Baez's nose and is still up there. He keeps trying to pin down something -anything about what Melich did.

Okay, now talking about the walk, issues with her mother, can't take her child away but doesn't remember the handcuffs, or whether or not Melich instructed him to uncuff her.

Oh My Gosh! Yuri had JB so phrushtrated I thought his intestines were balling up. When he had to lean on the podium I thought, LOOK OUT!!!

I really don't see this deputies testimony as a big blunder. Juries, and most people, understand that they are human, they may forget things, even forget to follow "policy" from time to time.

Am I the only one that thinks JB is actually doing a decent job? Refreshing since I was worried she would use poor defense attorney as a way to get off. I can see why KC is at least hopeful she can get off. They are doing a decent job thus far as chipping away at evidence. Still does not change the fact that she is guilty...but at least when the jury says so it will be fair.

I noticed the same with George just a minute ago when John Allen testified that he did NOT tell GA that "Casey might not be coming home." He was smacking the gum at breakneck speed. lol
