Am I the only one that thinks JB is actually doing a decent job? Refreshing since I was worried she would use poor defense attorney as a way to get off. I can see why KC is at least hopeful she can get off. They are doing a decent job thus far as chipping away at evidence. Still does not change the fact that she is guilty...but at least when the jury says so it will be fair.

JB is doing a better job than I expected. He seems to be channeling AL and LKB. I swear I seriously think he got a ton of pointers and advice on where to focus when he was in Chicago. Nothing that LDB can't handle with good witnesses.

I don;t think Sgt Hosey did that badly. He had other cases to juggle with this one and didn`t remember work details that involved people he sees and works with everyday. He did however remember speaking to the young woman with the crazy mother who had`t seen or reported missing her 2yo. Who would forget that? Besides he looks honest. Nobody on the defense side has that working for them IMO.

I wouldn't disregard him - there was so much going on but in his mind the most important thing was the mother and child issue and that's what he has good recall on. The handcuff event is a non-event to everyone but Baez.

I'm not using this as an excuse, but all three deputies that I have seen, do not appear to be that old and this was three years ago. They can't be much older than Casey herself. In three years, they have had to go to numerous calls, some that I am sure are more shocking than this... and they are human. They are not going to remember every single detail of every single case. Yes, reports help... but he made a mistake in not writing down his conversation with Casey, which he probably didn't think was important at the time because everything was so back and forth... she's missing... she isn't missing. He made a mistake.

Other than that, I am happy that he was honest in not remembering. It's better to be honest and say that you don't remember than to completely make up a story that never happened... cough... Cindy... cough... George... cough... Lee.

Because she's the head of the corporation! On In Session, sweat lodge guy is actually listening to testimony. His attorney is taking notes. During testimony she seems to be reading to pass the time instead of paying attention.

I realize ICA is fighting for her life but for goodness sake, her child was missing and I could imagine the chaos surrounding that evening...does she get arrest for GTA/CC fraud??? NO...this is what CA did to get them to respond. It appears that CA wanted instand gratification that night and it takes time to investigate. Important is that ICA was free to leave, ask for an attorney at any point that night...but she didn't...

CA looks like we expected her to look two years - eight months ago. I was never able to reconcile the new outfits, new hair style, tattoo, let alone the demeanor starting in July 2008.

Wow, she FINALLY GETS IT! But actually I don't believe that either. I think we are seeing the results of what >2 1/2 years of living a lie will do to anyone.

any ideas...
