Casey is allowed to "participate in her own case".

Now you and I know she isn't doing that, she didn't even finish high school let alone higher education.

That goes to show you, if she was innocent she would be front and center during the entire hearings not writting and drawing during the hearing IMO.

I have chills and tears in my eyes listening to LDB talk. She will get justice for Caylee Marie! JB and CM and all of their twisting of the facts and downright lies cannot stand up to her delivery of the law and truth.

I don't think CM is allowed to get up and readdress, but if he is, how is he supposed to concentrate with her constantly showing him notes like a 14 year old girl? During the trial, the attorneys will need to concentrate to object, cross examine, etc. She can't be distracting them constantly!

I just served on a jury in TN and on closing the defense attorney was allowed back up after prosecution. May be totally different in FL!

I saw that! In shaking his head, is George denying that the family's purpose in talking to Casey was to find Caylee

The family members say that it was not their intent to help law enforcement build a case agains KC, but that the reason they would tell LE any information is because they had an independent reason ----- to find Caylee.

Remember that horrible case?

The brother of the defendant Smith in that case, said the FBI said his brother would not confess unless someone tricked him into it. The brother said he wanted to see the defedand Smith, but the FBI said that Smith had a lawyer.

But a meeting did take place with Smith, his brother and their mother.

The court said that because the brother had his own purpose (maybe trying to find the child's body for $$$$) it negated that he was acting as an agent of law enforcement.

If private parties pursue the same objectives as government officials they can do so without being agents - the "happy coincidence" does not make a private actor an arm of the government.

I would love that, but no. He will take all of these closing arguments and exhibits under submission.
