CM screwing up some facts and times here - she wasn't handcuffed and lead to Acevedos car - those were two separate incidents and different officers

Didn't Cindy also tell 911 that the nanny took Caylee on that 3rd call? Or am I thinking of another call? I also thought Casey sent a text that Caylee was missing. Didn't they already say the 911 calls and phone logs would come into evidence?

They all screamed that the nanny took her, the police report she even wrote down the name of the so called nanny how can they now try to get all that thrown out? ZFG name came up over and over since Caylee went missing. Isn't there still a civil case open?

Especially when it comes to supressing evidence in an effort to bring out what happened in the death of Caylee Marie Anthony.

So she was arrested and in jail from July something to August something when Lenny bailed her out.....and never Mirandized!??

I find that hard to believe.

Yep that's what he said. And he just brought up the right of a speedy trial, but I thought her councel waived that.

I will say this off the bat. If the judge rules in favour of the defence it will upset me. But this isn't HHJP's first rodeo by any means, and I want him to do whatever he has to do so KC gets a fair trial so when (yes, when!) she is found guilty it won't be overturned on a technicality, imo.

OH YES IT WAS CLEAR IN THE RECORD MASON! Deputy Eberlin testified under oath that she was in the cuffs less than 5 minutes!!!!!!
