I love that Det's Melich, Allen and Wells(?) came to the hearing.

Casey underlined at least three things, laid the paper in front of CM and pointed with her pen, nostrils flaring. She is favoring CM as of late...

Yeah. Maybe it FINALLY hit her that her life is on the line here. CM certainly isn't the greatest orator, but she has a better shot with him than JB. Surely, even she can see that at this point.

Very interesting LDB using examples of "not under arrest" that seem to me to far more "intimidating" than what occurred on Hopespring Dr. Nicely done.

I remember one time NG was noting ICA's attitude toward her parents and said when she was a prosecutor, she didn't mind if the perps family got a chance to say hello during breaks or before,after court.

LOL The NG show is what made me ask that question. I had seen that very show...

Yep. CM also used the word facetious when droning on about whether or not Casey was mirandized/cuffed/uncuffed appropriately.

might as well take a break the defense was doing there own darn thing anyway. The defense might as well just go home, they seem to have no interest at all in what's happening in the court room!

I know -- what about listening to what Linda is saying -- or is that all moot to the defense. We know CM can't hear, so if he responds, it won't be anything to do with what she's saying. Even if he is reading the teleprompter.

Well we all know Joy Wray is an <unusual person>. Isn't she a searcher? And why does she feel it so important to be in the courtroom? Is she on the defense side?

Seeing Joy Wray sitting there behind YM and JA reminds me of the classic conversation they had with Joy Wray in one of her interviews.

Joy Wray was telling the detectives that she just wanted to get her side of the story out and one of them... don't remember which one quipped back and said "What side? You have no side?" Something like that. They were clearly very angry with Joy at that time.

Casey leaned over and whispered something to Jose. When she put her hand over her face, it was clenched (also still holding the pen) in a fist aimed at LDB.

Her fist didn't cover her face the whole time, though, and I was able to see what she was saying to Baez. It amounted to, "You [unusual person]. I told you - if you don't get me out of here, those pictures of me are the only way you'll ever see me on a stripper's pole."

We're not up to October yet. LDB has a whole timeline lined out. We are just getting past the handcuffing right now. I assume we will be getting to Yuri's interview at the house next and then Universal and so on? LDB doesn't like to jump around.
