I am more convinced than ever what a lost cause it is going to be even trying to control Casey at the defense table during trial. This hearing is nothing compared to what she is about to face in May.

So CM was reading the Parkes case instead of paying attention. The Judge said it could wait until after. He was clear. SO CM doesn't pay attention....as usual.

Why is Jose attending today? What exactly is he doing? He's not babysitting Casey with her writings... that is CM's job so it seems. He is not speaking... that is CM's job too it seems. He is not taking Casey's notes and researching anything she is babbling about... that appears to be what Michelle is doing, as well as digging up cases to cite.

So again, why is Jose here?

He read the Parks case - and said they "TOLD that guy he was free to go"!!!!! Well, a distinguishing factor was that she was already at her home so telling her she was free to go??? She was free to go into the house and she did.
