As a result of the “possession of a dangerous drug” charge, was or would BD have been drug tested?

TIA

IMO the only reason a woman who supposedly has an OP on someone would allow that same somone to hide out in her home from LE is because that woman is involved in something with said person that is extremely incriminating.

But who in the heck would lie over something like that unless they too had something to hide? I just honestly can't wrap my brain around any of this.

~jmo~

Imo Billie lied for her man for 2 reasons.
1. She wants to protect SA.
2. She DOES have something to do with her daughters disappearance.

I just picture Shawn hiding in closet in a mask...I would love to seen the officer face on that one. okay that not fact it was flash in my head:floorlaugh:

Or swallowing. A sim card for a phone is tiny enough, and he could erm, 'retrieve' it later. :innocent:

I would have never thought of that. That is a good thought. :seeya:

The threads since Billies arrest went so quick I'm not sure if this has been discussed or not.

In Texas there is a difference between "Dangerous drugs" and "Controlled substances". Under federal law, controlled substances are Scheduled I through V. Texas has Penalty Groups 1 through 4 which we discussed some time ago in another thread. "Dangerous drugs" are drugs not included in those penalty groups. http://www.pevetolaw.com/drug-charges/dangerous-drugs

Here again is the Texas controlled substance act http://www.statutes.legis.state.tx.us/Docs/HS/htm/HS.481.htm

So what in the heck did she get busted for?? I would have bet money it would have been for a Benzo or Codeine/Opiate. But she wasn't arrested for a controlled drug, none of the drugs on the list above were the drugs she got busted with. wtf Color me confused. We have a Texas lawyer here?

I never got arrested in Texas but it's not been my experience. If she goes to jail they'll test her before she goes (to evaluate for withdrawl etc) and if she gets probation they'll test her as part of her probation but I never heard of getting tested upon arrest. But Texas seems to do things their own way so who knows LOL.

OMG, BJD on why she lied to LE about Shawn being at her house...."we were arguing and he didn't want to talk to police"..Really Billie?..and we can't leave out.."we really have to go out on our own, Clint and I, to look for human traffickers"..yeah ok.,..with her "kid" missing and all...

Given the discovery of CP, she won't need to look far to find those promoting and funding this awful trade.

When asked if she thinks Shawn is responsible for Hailey's disappearance, she says when LE puts things in her head, she thinks he might be, but when she's alone she doesn't think so.
I really don't think there is any one or any way on this earth to get it into Billie's head about Shawn, I still think she needs serious medical help.

Great research OLG. Thank you.

I missed where it was reported exactly which drug she had that resulted in the charge from the other night.

Can anyone direct me to that report please?

All I remember is that she was the one stating that it was a non-narcotic. Since she has admittedly lied about other things I'm not sure I trust her telling the truth about anything. KWIM?

JMHO

(Thanks in advance for giving me the info about the drug she had in a bottle that didn't have her name!)

Hmm. Now in the new article it says she was arrested for possession of a controlled substance. These news agencies need to get their info straight. So now.. what was she really arrested for?

Hi everyone, can someone please point me in the direction to any conversations regarding the charge against Billie of "filing a false police report".

I haven't seen any conversation regarding this, mind you I really haven't had the time to read every post, I can't be the only one who wants to know what report she falsified while the police where there to search Shawn's body.

Could the drugs be 'bath salts" that are now being banned in some places?

Maybe the "incense" some are smoking?

wow weird I just came to this thread to ask the same exact thing?

I was thinkin she BSd to get a RO but now its being said that she supposedly did this after her arrest...

...so wthello is the false police report charge from??

Maybe I inadvertently got into Billie's stash- but I swear I read in an article that the le smelled drugs when they entered the house.
The only drugs they would have smelled would have been drugs that are smoked. Narrowing the field down to pot, meth, and crack.
Looking at Billie, I'd lean towards meth, not only does she have the "look", but it also is a drug that gets out of your body fast (three days) which would allow her to have passed a drug test easily when she was working.
Pot appears to be Clint's drug of choice, but it stays in the body for up to a month..of course, she may have taken back up the habit to "calm her nerves"
Pot also may be why she claims it was "non-narcotic", as many potheads state that pot isn't a drug, and is all natural.
Any thoughts?

Where is this false police report being reported? In MSM?

These are her charges.

Billie Dunn was charged with hindering prosecution, possession of a dangerous drug and giving a false report to an officer.

The giving a false report to an officer was saying Shawn was not at her home as was hindering prosecution. They were trying to serve a warrant on Shawn.

This is the thread in which her arrest charges are being discussed.
