Maybe I inadvertently got into Billie's stash- but I swear I read in an article that the le smelled drugs when they entered the house.
The only drugs they would have smelled would have been drugs that are smoked. Narrowing the field down to pot, meth, and crack.
Looking at Billie, I'd lean towards meth, not only does she have the "look", but it also is a drug that gets out of your body fast (three days) which would allow her to have passed a drug test easily when she was working.
Pot appears to be Clint's drug of choice, but it stays in the body for up to a month..of course, she may have taken back up the habit to "calm her nerves"
Pot also may be why she claims it was "non-narcotic", as many potheads state that pot isn't a drug, and is all natural.
Any thoughts?

I have not seen a MSM article which states that LEO smelled drugs. Only rumor. Anyone have a link?

false report hmmmm would that really be called giving a false report?

I can understand a giving false information charge....

then I think its worded oddly.

I would think a report is a written document or something read from or filed ....

Do we have a link to where this particular charge was explained?

Wasn't it stated that the drug(s) were not on the list of pharmacy drugs that are controlled? Didn't I read that? If so, that is why I am wondering if she was caught with bath salts or what is labeled as incense' but the kids are smoking it like herb. Some states have listed these as 'dangerous' and banned the sale of them.

Am I in the wrong thread Grammaj?

Hi everyone, can someone please point me in the direction to any conversations regarding the charge against Billie of "filing a false police report".

I haven't seen any conversation regarding this, mind you I really haven't had the time to read every post, I can't be the only one who wants to know what report she falsified while the police where there to search Shawn's body.

Just as grandmaj posted upthread, the false report to LE was the fact that she lied to them when they came to her door to serve the search warrant on Shawn. He was there, obviously she told them he wasn't but they found him anyway. Lying to a police officer is against the law.

Police had a warrant to serve on Shawn. They knew Shawn was there and Billie Dunn lied to the police by saying he was not. She got the charge of giving a false report(it doesn't say filing a false report) it says giving a false report. When asked if Shawn was there she said no.

There is a new drug out, that is just as serious as pot/meth/heroine etc - but it's not illegal.... yet.

It has a lot of names, but here in the military it's known as "Spice” or “K2” and is banned in the Armed Forces. It's basically like smoking potpourri.

She now faces three charges: hindering an apprehension, filing a false report to a peace officer and possession of a controlled substance.

I do appologize for the confusion of the 2nd post of the same question, I am at work and I'm not quite sure how it was posted twice, I think it was the back button that may have done that, I hit back and then forward again... please feel free to remove the 2nd posting of that same question.

But my question was based on legitimate wording in MSM I take filing as in she herself filed a report not gave inaccurate information.

Yeah, that was my point, sort of, in a roundabout way... she doesn't have to go farther than her dresser drawer to do research.

If she had anything to do with the child it would be totally hypocritical of her to talk about attempts to root out child traffickers, and from her complete lack of totally stunned and appalled instant reaction of disgust towards Shawn when finding out about his hobbies it looks like she might have been in the know all along. Certainly she has had no intentions of rooting out the exemplars under her own roof, except when her hand's been forced because it makes her look bad too. She was arrested trying to protect him...

I'm interested in the phone call BD made to Shawn's Mom. "I called Shawn's Mom to come and pick him up". She also said they (BD & SA) had been arguing when LE arrived.

Was the call to his Mom a "Look, he got dropped off over here, the cops are all over Gma's house right now, so he can't go back there. You need to come and get him, before they come over here looking for him".

or

"Shawn's here, he's threatening me and won't leave. I'm going to call the cops if you don't get over here and pick him up".

There was something to that call that is important, imo. By now his family must be pretty pizzed at him. He's put all kinds of nasty things on their computers, dragged their family name through the mud. I've read that they were at one time blaming Billie for all this, so I don't imagine his family thinks highly of her. Anyone else have any ideas about that call?
