But did you stay at a Holiday Inn last night?
The Attorney For Billie Dunn Speaks For His Client
Young says he isn't convinced a search warrant for Adkins body was issued last Thursday.
"(Police) didn't even have an arrest warrant for the boyfriend, it was a matter of wanting to talk to him," said Young.
Young:
Billie faces
ea class a> a yr in jail, 4000 fine
ea class b> six mo in jail, and ___fine
Holiday Inn?
Billie Dunn has hired attorney John S. Young to represent her in her three misdemeanor charges: hindering and apprehension, possession of dangerous drugs and false report to a police officer. Young says he isn't convinced a search warrant for Adkins body was issued last Thursday
So with him not being convinced about the warrent for adkins body he will ask for that warrent to be used in his clients case. If they did not have an arrest warrent then she could not hinder apprehension. IMO. I am also think "hindering and apprehension'' is supposed to be hindering an Apprehension.

Check out Young on the video on Big Country. IMO, BD got very competent counsel.
that actually makes sense to me ...thanks
but would that affect the false report charge also?
