Well, according to the last line in this article, Billie will indeed continue talking to the media (with her counsel present). Predictable. Nothing about talking to LE though.. This attorney is looking for some exposure. He seems well qualified. Will be interesting to see the two of them on the interview circuit - I just know it's coming soon... JMO

There were reports Dunn was no longer speaking to the media. Young cleared that up saying she will continue doing interviews, but only if her legal council is also there.

I don't believe she cried at all when questioned both times with LE. First one was 10 or so hrs after her failed poly. She was pissed off that they would dare ask her where or what happened to Hailey and she couldn't give them an answer. Not one tear have I seen for Hailey, in my opinion, only for herself and Shawn. Whatever her involvement or knowledge of what happened to Hailey, she has been deceitful and deflecting while giving interviews. For the life of me, I can't understand why her attorney would allow her to keep on talking. This case is getting bizzaro. IMHO

I think Miss Billie has found herself the perfect attorney - he's casting her as the helpless victim for all it's worth.

Poor Billie: lied to police & got herself arrested. Poor Billie - got busted for illegal possession of dangerous drugs. Poor Billie - had to spend a night in the detox tank.

I will be very surprised if Billie is the one that made the call to Mr. Young and not the other way around.
He has been following this case. IMO he is her lawyer pro bono.

Ugh, this is the first time I could get here all day. My virus protection kept cutting off the connection for a trojan (in an ad). I may have aged, a little bit. Anyways....

This case seems bizarre, but I only think because of distractions thrown out by Billie (for the most part). I think it's pretty simple. The , the SA videos-all peripheral to the event that caused Hailey to be missing. I have believed since shortly before PK said she wasn't a POI that Billie did the deed..it's on a thread somewhere just prior to him making that statement. Shawn is a scuz but I think he's a weakling and he's the one covering up. I think it's pretty obvious who lies and manipulates and insists on their own version of reality in this tragic play. She may have lawyered up but there is the mother lode of her own deception to be used against her starting from the first media interview.

I really think there was a violent altercation on 12/26 because Hailey defied her "wonderful" mother's perception of how things were. Hailey knew reality-BJ did not want to hear about it.

would BD need to agree to hiring a PI? I just don't see her agreeing to anything or anyone that may actually focus on SA and his involvement. IMO

Spelling and grammar mistakes, in the bombshell headline. I know it's petty and doesn't affect the investigation, but it's rather indicative of the reporting overall thus far in the case, imo. Put some pride into your work local reporters and news staff! Dig your heels in... I would love to see a hungry investigative journalist with a passion for truth and justice arrive on the scene. (But, guess I'll settle for a mediocre one that doesn't hawk victims gear..)

He can only have one client and that client it appears, is Billie Dunn. He can't represent Hailey because there may be Conflict of Interest. If Billie Dunn knows, participated in or played any part through other 3rd parties in Hailey's disappearance it is a major conflict.

Billie Dunn is a POI in the disappearance of her daughter. That means that she has not been cleared.

Well, someone reminded her that she is SUPPOSED to be talking to the media...about her daughter. She keeps forgetting that.
