FB KTAB station reporter says that Billie Dunn could be seen inside the Mitchell Cty LE Centr. She wasn't in a cell. DA's office will announce a charge shortly.

UPDATED 8:30 P.M. Billie Jean Dunn and Shawn Adkins have apparently been “picked up” by officials from the Mitchell County Sheriff’s Department, according to Pete Kampfer, Colorado City city manager .

I am guessing that the warrant is a search warrant then... Since he hasn't been arrested, and was right there when BD lied about him not being here. Wich then begs the question, what are they looking for now that they haven't before?

My first thought was DNA...but my second thought is that they want to take pictures of his private parts to see if they match illegal pics they found on the computer.

NewsWest 9 has learned that Billie Dunn was arrested by the Mitchell County District Attorney's Office and the Sheriff's Office earlier today and is currently being interrogated. Charges are pending.....................................

What i dont get is (* if we are allowed to say it here) when Billie was driven away Shawn was at Billies and stayed there for some time afterwards in plain view so if the warrant was for him..why was he not arrested at that point? why go to his grandmothers when they had a earlier opportunity to arrest him?

And that's on top of the obvious one of where the he!! is Hailey????..but something missing as to what went down tonite because the way we are being told things went down do not add up...

This just doesn't make sense. If the obstruction charge was for lying that he was not there, then they obviously found him there......so why not take him too...they don't usually go looking for a person to serve a search warrant do they? Wouldn't they just go to the site covered under the warrant and serve whomever they found there? Or is that just on TV????

OK, that did it, where TH is my Patron..............I've managed for days without it while following the "meltdown" thread, but one mention of SA's private parts and that's it, I'm drinking.

I thought Shawn was staying at his mother's in Big Spring-- that's where the computer was with all the cporn. So, gramma's is in Dunn, the place where he "lived" right afterward... the cellar, and the land are there. Maybe SA didn't even need to be there...
