Speculating-- perhaps LE took SA with them from BD's to his nana's to execute a warrant?

So why wasn't Shawn hauled in the same time that she was hauled in for the alleged obstruction by lying about his whereabouts attempting to keep LE from swearing out their warrant and arresting SA.. So why was only BJD taken into custody at that time? and then just now we have LE all over the place at grandmas in Dunn{I would thinkthis is where Shawn went was to gmas when his lady was carted off in cuffs for lying for his butt}..

Anyone? why was Shawn ever allowed to leave the residence on Chestnut? If they were there to serve a warrant on him in the first place?? Does anyone understand this any better and could possibly explain why? TIA...

Maybe they went initially with a search warrant to serve SA when BD lied, causing her to be brought in for obstruction.

She's brilliant like that! Although my gut feeling says something happened with the grand jury today.

I can't wait. I just am on pins and needles. I"m sure everyone else is here too.

I hope it is more than obstruction...but she might be in the too? Females are known to do that carp to kids as well.

There was an incident where my neighbor lied to the the deputies when they came to execute a warrant and the guy went out the side window while he was at the door distracting the officers. He fled and while one deputy started his pursuit the other handcuffed my neighbor to the front railing and took off in pursuit. Maybe SA fled the scene while BD distracted them at the front door. Then they went to his GMA's to get him.

I thought about that, too. But would he be stupid enough to run to his grandmother's house if he knew the cops were looking for him?

I am not sure that Shawn WAS arrested

imhoo I think they were there at billies to serve him a SEARCH WARRANT and billie lied/obstructed their investigation

This just doesn't make sense. If the obstruction charge was for lying that he was not there, then they obviously found him there......so why not take him too...they don't usually go looking for a person to serve a search warrant do they? Wouldn't they just go to the site covered under the warrant and serve whomever they found there? Or is that just on TV????

Maybe they didn't have the arrest warrant for SA with them. Maybe the other LE had it at his Grandma's house? Or maybe they thought he would do something and they could catch him at it or maybe they wanted to scare the pants off him?

Well he has had 3 months to clean up. I hope they got things they needed.
