ABILENE, Texas -- Billie Jean Dunn has been charged with hindering, apprehension and prosecution a "Class A" misdemeanor, possession of dangerous drugs and false report to police officers.

Dunn will see Justice of the Peace Williams in the morning and a bond will be set at that time.

Billie Jean Dunn, mother of missing teen Hailey Dunn, is in custody in the Mitchell County Jail.

Texas Rangers have also been seen searching the home of Shawn Adkins' grandmother in Dunn Texas, north of Colorado City.

NOT his Grandmother's house.

They are also confirming that Shawn has NOT been arrested.

I hate to say this although it's been mentioned before..but the more I think about it the more I really wonder if Shawn would be able to resist recording whatever was done to Hailey. Obviously if LE was in possession of something like that he would have been arrested long ago. Just something that keeps rearing it's ugly head in my tired old brain..
