I have always wondered if Casey knocked out one of Caylee's teeth during her attempting to duct tape Caylee's airwaves... if she was awake and trying to fight off Casey's attempts... I could see it happening.

Please correct me if I am wrong, but wasn't there a list of items that Jose wanted Casey to bring to him... I forget if it was "tooth" or "tooth brush" but I want to say it said "tooth" and we all wondered what that meant?
