Didn't Casey use Tony's vehicle while he was in NY? That may be why. His vehicle was also in the shop at one point.

I think what he is getting at is that the dog handler asked everyone to leave the back yard when the dog was doing his search so no one but the dog handler saw what the dog alerted on.

And I think this is what they normally do right?

Maybe it's just me but all that talking of the dogs hitting on the back yard have Casey on pins and needles IMO. She even looks as if she wants to cry. I wonder if Caylee died in the back yard or was placed there before she was dumped off of Suburban.

Actually, are they trying to say cadaver dogs are different from human remains dogs? Because as we all know, there were two squirrel cadavers up in KC's engine...you know the ones that were dead and then crawled up in her car?..................hmpf

I had forgotten about that! I think she did use while he was gone! Dang, there's so many facets to this case that it's hard not to forget about some things!

IIRC she also detailed the insides really good....she also wasn't supposed to be using it --- again iirc.......they are grasping at perhaps human error in memory rather than reality.....jmo

Because ICA used it from time to time and because she was staying at Tony L.s for the 31 days after Caylee went missing. It's a good thing it was checked.

I get JB has a job to do, but when that job includes, in a court of law, trying to implicate and vilify and ruin innocent people in order to save your clients lying a**, you need to have a very hard come to Jesus moment.
